    Had an issue with a driver who has got road rage issues TWICE in a week I have also noticed other drivers who work for them think they own the road.To be fair I spoke to the lady in the office and she was good and said that a word with the driver.Uber will wipe out these local firms If they dont up their game.

    One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I had booked a taxi for this morning, but due to a change in plans, I called in advance to cancel however the driver still showed up. Instead of calmly asking about the situation, he immediately became aggressive - shouting and swearing at me on my own doorstep. I was completely taken aback. I've never been in a situation where a grown man, supposedly a professional driver, was screaming in my face. It was genuinely frightening and extremely upsetting. No one should be subjected to that kind of verbal abuse, especially from someone representing a business. If this is the kind of person they allow to deal with customers, it says a lot about the company’s standards. I won't ever be using this service again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before booking with them. I truly hope the company takes this seriously and addresses this unacceptable behaviour immediately.

    Excellent service! Had an issue with pricing on a return to journey to hayfield, miscommunication meant my parents paid more than quoted. When told of this over the phone the driver immediately headed back and refunded them in full. Always judge a business by how they react when things go wrong and this was brilliant professional service. Will use again.

    Really disappointed with this taxi service. Car smelt of cigarettes, driver wouldn't let me pay on card and overcharged me by £10. I called the base to inform them of this, they agreed I had been ripped off by him and was told to call the following morning and speak to Jo. I did this, Jo said she would speak to the driver and get back to me, im still waiting. The driver is obviously ripping the firm off too by not allowing people to pay on card. Really poor service.
