Booked the day before on the App for a journey to Metrolink Station as I had a train to catch to London. The app said the taxi was 1 minute away at the time of arrival and then jumped to ETA 14 minutes. I had no choice but to cancel and walk with my case to the Metrolink. Veezu just as appalling as Passenger Cars were. Not fit for purpose. UBER all the way from now on.

Awful company, was not made aware that they pick and choose when to pay upfront, ordered a taxi from my place of work going to my home, was told I needed to pay upfront which I said the money is in my home, to be told “that’s a shame” and to get out and left a pregnant woman standing on the side of the road… disgusting

Atrocious service. Had 3 issues in 4 weeks standing an elderly relative - either early, and the driver called asking why she wasn’t ready, 30 minutes late with no apology and then they didn’t bother turning up at all. Avoid.

***Do not use for your Airport taxi *** We booked days in advance and had a message confirmation. Taxi did not arrive when we rang the lad answering struggled with the conversation said they had no record of the booking and put us on hold for over 5 minutes . In the end I hung up and luckily managed to get an Uber with 10 minutes .

The worst taxi company in Manchester that I've had the misfortune to use. My job was subcontracted to this bunch of cowboys. They're surly, rude, unhelpful and blatantly lie. As a traveller with access needs they're an utter disgrace.

We called the day before to pre-book a taxi for 6.30 following morning. The taxi was ten minutes late and the driver said, he couldn't be late because he'd only just come on shift. So the office took our booking and made no effort to ensure it was on time and we almost missed our coach we needed to catch. Poor service - no care for whether they can or will provide the taxi at the time you've requested.

Taxi said it would be 10 minutes, it was a Saturday night and my partner was waiting, I ended up getting sorting a lift out myself after around 40 minutes of them continuing to say 10 more mins! I then got a call 15 minutes after I had already picker her up, 1 hour after!!
