From calmly taking my first (panicked) call through to representing me at court just over two weeks later, I felt like I had somebody by my side at all times of the process.    I was asking for a friend regarding will writing. I had a fantastic, straight forward process completing mine using the questionnaire. Unfortunately, this process is no longer available. The chap is quite frail & unable to attend face to face and home visits are not available. I, personally found the previous service simple & easy at what can be considered quite a challenging time. Upsets me to say Peasegoods have been fabulous previously, unfortunately we will have to go elsewhere to suit their needs

   Don't waste your time. Arranged a first telephone appointment for 2pm, at 3pm called to enquire if solicitor was going to phone me back and was informed that he would. Called again at 3.30 and was informed by a rude telephonist that it was only an hour and a half late, asked if I wanted to be put through and started playing can can music down the phone and left me waiting. This is how this firm treats a new enquiry for business. No confidence in them at all.
