   I was using Alpha cars alot at one time they was polite and nice to me. And now they have changed and I don't like them so I don't use Alpha Cars anymore. I have started to use a different taxi firm in the area instead and so far they have been fine.

   Reliable, also a good feature, is if u think "where the hell is it" u can ring and an automated voice tells you where it is and what car to look out for. Much better than a wait for someone to answer. Quick and efficient booking aswell. Not kept waiting long on the phone overall. Helpfull staff on the phone. The drivers are alway friendly and helpful. Willing to help me get in the house with my wheelchair (as there are steps), without being asked every time. Even thought I turn the help down, as I can manage that part. They always wait to make sure I get in the house ok. Much appreciated to all of you that make it a pleasant experiance

   Very bad Experience. Never ever use this service. I had appointment in Hospital really very important and driver came to pick me up on the time I spouse to be with my Doctor. Amd O missed it. I pre booked texi but the driver said he don't know when you booked as he received message he came in. Please do not use this service
