“I happened to hail a Quantum taxi while in Manchester and was very happy with their service. The owner was my driver so I asked him about arranging a ride for a very early flight. He helped me get the app downloaded and enter my request in their system. He personally called me the day before my flight to confirm. Farook was my driver to airport. He showed up right on time (3:30am!) and got me there with no issues whatsoever. Very friendly and reliable service that I will definitely use on my next trip to Manchester!”

Much better than a wait for someone to answer. Quick and efficient booking aswell. Not kept waiting long on the phone overall. Helpfull staff on the phone. The drivers are alway friendly and helpful. Willing to help me get in the house with my wheelchair (as there are steps), without being asked every time. Even thought I turn the help down, as I can manage that part. “We needed to pre book transportation with wheelchair access to take my elderly father out for lunch, after many failed attempts with other firms (not being from the area) we eventually came accross skyline. They were able to accommodate to our requirements ands times over the phone with an cost of how much the journeys would be. The next day as arranged they arrived on time and in a vehicle equipped with a tail lift for the wheelchair, an all safety features in place, our driver secured both the chair and father with care and prosicion. There was still plenty of room for family members. The driver was extreamly helpful and friendly which made an enjoyable ride. We also pre booked our return journey, which again was second to non. We highly recommend and will be using again in the future. Thank you for making it possible to take an old man out and putting a smile on his face.”
