They will go take ages parking just to get an extra 20p. One driver was using his phone while driving and then denied it. Save peace of mind use uber
Terrible company,they never send taxis on time,what’s worst that they will never take responsibility,when you complain about a taxi driver’s they operators clearly saying that they can do nothing!
when ordering a taxi it was written that I have a cat, when the taxi driver arrived he said he wouldn't take me because he doesn't take cats, then he changed his mind and said if I pay two pounds more he would take me with the cat, he asked me how I wanted to pay? I said by card but his system doesn't work, he asked for cash, he took me to an ATM so I could pay him cash the taxi driver was rude and asked for £6.30 in cash for 1.3 miles. I don't recommend this company

Mr Akhter is good person, and united taxi a fantastic taxi company in Reading. Their drivers are always polite and professional, and their cars are clean and comfortable. I particularly appreciate their school transport service, which is reliable and safe for my kids. I highly recommend them for any transportation needs.
