   Respond to the business owner on 28th May 2025, For the past 20 years of using Google Maps, we have relied on the location of any pin to identify and share our exact position, and we have never encountered a discrepancy between a pin’s location and the actual geographical coordinates. You are welcome to mark your name and services there, but you must not list an incorrect address for the pinned location. As victims of this error, we have raised the issue with you in hopes of a resolution. We are not asking you to remove the pin, but the location description must absolutely not be listed as a different place. As for your business, instead of acknowledging your own mistake, you have chosen to ignore it and personally attack those who pointed it out. I have also checked the surrounding area and found other taxi service pins—all of them accurately describe their current location, rather than listing an address 5 miles away at your headquarters. comment on 25th May 2025 This location being marked here is absolutely unacceptable. My wife was at the roundabout by The Lowry at midday today and told me to take an Uber to join her. She saw the place she was standing was marked as Quantum Taxis, and sent me the address with M30 9PH. However, when I arrived at M30 9PH, I realised I was over 5 miles away from where she actually was—at The Lowry. I had to re-pin my location and take another Uber just to get to the correct place, wasting both my time and money. Worse still, because of this misleading location, I wrongly blamed my wife, thinking she gave me the wrong address. But when I opened Google Maps myself, I saw that the Quantum Taxis address was indeed pinned right on the roundabout, near The Lowry, which is completely wrong and should never have been shown there in the first place. This inaccurate map marker has caused unnecessary confusion, wasted expense, and personal stress. It needs to be corrected immediately.

   The address is not correct. This mistake leads me to a different place far away. This postcode M30 9PH is 4.5 miles away from Lowry. It waste my half hour to get back and cost me 10 more pound for taxi.

   Just wanted to share how amazing Simon was from Quantum Taxis. My Uncles funeral was last week and his brother is in a care home - I mapped out the route on email with pick up times and locations from the care home to crematorium to pub for the wake and back again. The price was by the hour and more than fair Simon arrived promptly at the care home and was amazing - wheeling my uncle up the ramp into the taxi, securing him and driving with extreme care so as not to through him around in the back - especially down the narrow windy roads to the crematorium. He was polite, had a laugh and a joke with us and was a joy to have as our driver Could not fault anything from the service Quantum provided us and would strongly recommend to anyone - esp if needing transportation in a wheelchair will defo use again!

   Appalling service! Booked a taxi in advance to the train station, no one showed up and the office was closed so I had no communication. The driver rang me 35mins later to apologies. Not good enough! If a taxi company isn’t reliable then you shouldn’t be a taxi company! Horrendous service. Do not use.

   Booked a taxi with wheelchair access from Premier inn Trafford south to Manchester Piccadilly. After trying several companies the night before several didn't offer disabled access and others were charging up to six times the fair I paid with Quantum taxis. Booking online was excellent with msm messages confirming booking and arrival of taxi. The cab was clean and the driver looked professional and was helpful. Couldn't ask for more, when travelling with a wheelchair and a pram.

   I happened to hail a Quantum taxi while in Manchester and was very happy with their service. The owner was my driver so I asked him about arranging a ride for a very early flight. He helped me get the app downloaded and enter my request in their system. He personally called me the day before my flight to confirm. Farook was my driver to airport. He showed up right on time (3:30am!) and got me there with no issues whatsoever. Very friendly and reliable service that I will definitely use on my next trip to Manchester!

   Great taxis company which I have been using for over 10 years. Initially hailed Simon down when with work colleagues, took the number for return trip and have been using him ever since. Always on time and if there have been any problems they will contact me. If Simon can't make it he will arrange for another trusted driver and let me know the details. Always reassuring for a woman travelling on her own. Will always use this company when travelling to Manchester and would thoroughly recommend.
