   Car ordered for 8am to go to airport - still not arrived at 8.15am with messages updating me on how much later it was going to be! Not good enough when you have a flight to catch & all the anxiety that goes with that. Had to cancel & order an uber which came in 3 minutes! Wont use Scott’s again as not reliable

   Couldn’t be happier with the Service we received today. The operator said 20 mins and the Car arrived on the dot 20mins later. The driver was a very calm driver, drove perfectly and was attentive to my MIL’s needs. 10/10. I always use Scotts as I trust them.

   Ordered a taxi from work to the tram stop but the driver would not arrive until after the last tram had left, paid with card and was charged for the journey in advance but had to cancel. Ordered another taxi home again with card and was charged prior to journey, no taxi was forthcoming so again I cancelled before it was picked up. Finally ordered another taxi that took me home, charged for this journey. Called the office while I was in the taxi and was told I would be refunded for the two cancelled journeys, called again next morning to confirm. Was informed this would take 5-10 days. Following week I called and was told the refund would be back in my account wishing 7-8 days, it is now 8 days later and I still do not have my refund, used the company as I wanted to continue to support local cab firms as opposed to Uber… will not be doing so again, tried to call today and “accounts dept is closed so call back tomorrow” getting fed up of waiting for my money UPDATE: it’s is now more than 3 weeks and I still have not received my refund

   Early morning (5am) airport drop off. Booked the taxi a couple of days before with a quick phone call. The driver arrived on time and 10 minutes later we were getting out of the car at the airport. Reasonable price and a great service. Will use again in the future.

   The driver was polite, not over chatty and l, even though I had a little under the cost of the journey, let me pay with what I had. Also super fast, took about 3 minutes to arrive. Definitely use them again, much cheaper and more reliable than Uber!

   Very poor reliability turning up 15-30 minutes late. When running late operators also not honest about how long the taxi will be. Used to be reliable but not anymore. Made me miss my train this morning despite allowing plenty of time. Could also not provide an appropriate receipt. Will not be using going forwards.

   Ordered a taxi to the airport in advance for early morning. Got phoned that morning, advised of price change which was fine. Was told the taxi would be 5 minutes, didn't turn up, phoned the service centre twice and was lied to. Taxi eventually turned up almost 30 minutes late. Had to pay the extra in cash despite the operator telling me i could pay by card, so another lie. Driver was fine, it was the service centre that was the issue. Used to be a great firm, not anymore.
