They are fantastic here staff are lovely. Great price too this place is the only taxi service I use now. Drove us from Westhoughton to Sheffield and back same day for a decent price and was a great and comfy drive the driver was really nice and friendly I highly recommend using timewise
I have used Timewise regularly (at least 3 times a month) over the last 5+ years. I have always found them to turn up on time, be helpful, made me feel safe (lone female) and charge a consistent reasonable fare. Over the last month or so everything seems to have changed. Turned up 45 mins late for an airport run in mid Jan 18 (booked in advance) and unreliable info regarding likely wait when I called to chase twice. Tonight the fare was 20% higher than normal and surprise surprise he doesn’t have any change either! I felt vulnerable and felt as though they were charging what they thought they could get away with. Trust is something earned over time and can be lost very quickly. I have given you the benefit of doubt for the last month as I know you had changed ownership. However things are not getting any better. Sorry but I don’t trust Timewise anymore. It is not acceptable to treat loyal clients that way and to charge what you like. You do not deserve to retain the old client base and you won’t. Time for a change for me. Get your act together Timewise. Really disappointed.
Really poor. I waited 35 minutes for a taxi that was supposed to take "5 to 10 minutes". I understand that I ordered at a busy time, but just be honest about how long it'll take. I was late for a meeting, but probably could have either made other arrangements or at least apologise that I was going to be late, had I known how long the taxi would be. I'm unlikely to use Timewise again, I'm afraid.
One star is a bit too much. Booked a 13 seater taxi and an 8 seater turned up 30 minutes late with another on on its way apparently. 10 minutes later. Booked the same taxi for coming home. All the day before. Taxi was then 40 minutes late, left us stood in the freeing cold and continued to charge us £5 extra for a drop off, that is just off our street. Outrageous and shocking customer service. Would never use again.
Do not use this taxi firm. Taxi was very late, we rang up and asked where the taxi was and my fella was called a 'little d**k' by the operative and was barred! Not good. This was on the 12th may 2017 if the owner of timewise is interested and wants to sack the operator!!! Use star 401.
