   After a no fault vehicle accident, I opted to use Auxillis after being referred from my existing insurance company. Principia Law kept me updated and answered any questions and concerns that I had relating to my case throughout the period right up until it was dropped by the third party.    Had issues with communication. Emails go unanswered for weeks and you have to chase constantly for you to only get a phone call back and then have nothing in writing. I asked for everything to be put to me in writing and it was refused. Really poor from a law firm. Ended up winning the case at court but I believe this was down to my preparation and all the evidence I supplied as principia did very little and even missed out crucial evidence in the court legal pack that I had sent to them twice!!

   After a no fault collision, Admiral passed me over to Auxillis who handled the repair and a hire car for the period my vehicle was being repaired. The other party disputed the hire car costs, so Principia Law handled my case. Solange De Freitas handled the majority of the comms between us. I was very impressed with the professionalism and communication along the way which led to a successful court win to recover the charges. I would recommend them very highly as well as the Barrister Christopher Gair who represented me in court.

   Just returned from court. Principia law were representing me. The judge has thrown out the case and stated in no uncertain terms it is down to Principia Laws "shoddy legal work". They failed to be specific in their particulars of claim which meant the other side (defence) were successful in requesting the case be struck out/dismissed. I sat and gave extensive evidence and underwent cross examination for absolutely nothing. The judge was absolutely furious with such basic legal mistakes and stated this to my barrister. Today they have let me down and i was denied my day in court over a car accident where i was not at fault. If you end up beinv represented by this company, i have nothing but pity for you

   I very rarely leave reviews however I've had to make an exception and give a huge thanks to the staff at Principia Law for their service and hard work this past year. From the initial conversation, right through to the last, Principia have been hassle-free and a pleasure to work with. They reassured and guided me through each and every step of the process and remained responsive throughout the case - despite my nagging requests! I do want to give a particular shout-out to Jillian Marsh for being so incredibly helpful. Jillian was quick, always polite and very attentive... a true asset to the company.
