Spoke to a lovely lady called Niki who was very reassuring and explained the procedure. I filled in all the necessary paperwork for the sale to proceed prior to the welcome meeting and she went through it with me. It was really good to have someone point out a few questions I had overlooked. Hopefully this service will ensure the sale runs smoothly. It did say the forms would take 3/4 of an hour to fill in but it actually took much longer than this.
