   I’ve been going for some time but I think I will reduce my visits because I feel uncomfortable. The positive points: - there are some lovely baristas, such as the very smiley French lady whose positive energy warms up the place - the lamington - the quality of the coffee The major downside, which makes me no longer want to attend: - there is a female barista (not sure her name but she’s short, has lots of freckles and is East Asian-looking) who makes me feel unwelcome. Every time I go there, I see her big smile and super friendly chatter with male customers. Yes, she offers great customer service to the men only. Every time it’s my turn to order: not a word. She waits for me to order and speaks to me like I’m bothering her. Not a smile either. Very “I hate you but I need to take your custom” vibe. I smile and say hello etc hoping it will change her behaviour. Nada. Her greetings, smiles and friendly chatter are for men only. - I asked my boyfriend if he’s ever had the same experience as me and he said no, she’s apparently also very nice to him. I really think the Artisan owner and other colleagues need to do some sort of training with their staff, so that ALL customers receive the same level of service. I should not receive lesser customer service because I am a woman. I am extremely angry with this behaviour. I hate going somewhere and seeing poorer service in real time. I hate feeling that the person serving me would rather not. This female barista, with her differential customer service, has put me off this coffee shop.

   Our CEO was in for a meeting, we ordered 16 pastries (the berry or flat white muffins are the nicest treat going imo) and tea and coffees with little notice. The service was excellent as ever and our CEO said it was the best coffee he’s had in London. Thanks Susie and the team, fantastic service and amazing quality of food & drink, with the loyalty card being the icing on the cake (or muffin)!

   This cafe is located on King Street in Chiswick, near Stamford Brook, and it's very easy to find-just about a 5 mins walk from the underground station. The cafe has a warm and cozy atmosphere, and the staff are polite and friendly. I ordered a mocha and a flat white muffin (which I specifically came for!!), and the muffin had the perfect level of sweetness, making it an ideal match with the mocha. Additionally, I noticed that they also operate as a coffee school. If anyone is interested in becoming a barista, this could be a great place to start：）

   I’m lucky to call this my local coffee shop. It’s such an inviting space and the staff are always so friendly. Importantly the coffee is really excellent - I have to send the beans north to my brother-in-law! Banana bread is my favourite but all the cakes and pasties are brilliant!

   Good coffees and delicious cakes. This coffee shops has Ozzy’s vibes. There are few tables and high stools and counters all around the shop’s windows. Free Wi-Fi. It gets busy on weekends. Highly recommended if you’re in the Chiswick area.

   Lovely cozy coffee shop which was our first stop on London. The service was great. We really liked the filtered coffee and the pastries. We tried one with coconut that was delicious. I wish we had had time to come back during our trip. It’s definitely a place worth trying.
