   Not very helpful. Wasted journey. I sent email also tried to call beforehand but no answer. Submitted online form for NVR, so once Submitted online why is there a need to print it off or email to them separately? I just don't get it. The staff seem they enjoy seeing people go there and suffer due their lack of professionalism and organisation, which is a sad and distressing situation as alot of people travel from long distant.

   You may find it difficult to locate the entrance. Look at the signpost 'The SouthSide Building'. You should enter the building in the glassgate next to the signpost and will find a receptionist. Ask the person, sign in and go to the office on the fourth floor. Although the inside environment does not seem first class, but services looked me are smooth with a little wait due to biometric procedure. Thanks.

   This place gets alot of stick, but from my personal experience recently, can say its been very pleasant!! From filling up online application to handing in my document and receiving my visa.. very quick and professional.. Plus I would like to mention they is 2 elderly person working they who are really helpful and understanding.. great work guys keep it up..

   The perception people have of Bangladesh will never change if these so called caretakers don’t change their attitude. Unorganised, filthy and rude staff. Very very disappointed as they are closed today but not advertised on google map or website. Never had good experience with these people. Just came for NVR.

   My first visit in there was nice. In my point of view they are better than High commission in London. Their behavior is very impressive. All the staff talk to the people very nicely and try to find out the information. But working process is little bit slow it may depand the system or may be the people.
