Visited after seeing an article in the local news, and it did not disappoint. Service is excellent, atmosphere is relaxed and friendly and the food - awesome. We had the Chef's tasting menu and everything was delicious and well presented. Will definitely be back!
My partner and I came to S&G on a Friday night for dinner. It was very quiet for peak dinner time. The restaurant itself is clean, bright but not what you would expect walking into it. Food was very good - we went for the tasting menu. I wouldn't call it a tasting menu though as the portions were so big. We did take our leftover food away. My only real issue was that I found the restaurant very hot but I could excuse myself from the table to go outside.
I have attended here many times, both for parties and to dine with my family. There is a lovely private dining area, Which can be rented out to host parties or private dining for groups. The chef was great in working with us to select a menu that would please everybody! Food is reasonably priced and authentic. Will definitely return!
What a wonderful little gem this new local restaurant is. My friend and I went for dinner last night and tried one of the set dinner menus. It was a real treat and also very well priced. The restaurant, on the first floor of the building, is lovely and contemporary with tastful modern decoration. They served a lovely Indian meal and after chatting to the chef at the end of the meal to compliment him on the lovely food, discovered they are also doing Sunday roasts and soon, an Italian selection. Can't wait to come back again.
Amazing place! I had a pleasure to take part in a business meeting, training and lunch for over 60 people there last week and everything was perfect! We have been taken care of from morning till late evening. Very nice staff and excellent service. They prepared for us the meeting room, the dining area and even beautiful terrace. Our every request was answered. Love it there! I am more than happy to recommend this venue for variety of events from business meetings to private gatherings.

The place is simply special. The staff performed beyond my expectations on our business meeting, training and dinner for 12 people. We have been taken care of the whole day by two members of staff who were more than happy to help with various needs we might possibly have for the whole day. They prepared meeting room, dining room, with very high standards and amazing beautiful interiors, not mentioned about delisious food!! We have been treated like VIP's for the whole day. The owners are very cooperative and I am happy to recommend this venue for variety of events from business meetings to privet gathering. There is also huge terrace with tables so you can use it as well! Thsnk you so much!
