   I approached staff to request access to the disabled toilet, as the door required a code. I hold an access key for disabled facilities, but since your toilet also needed a code, I asked the staff for it. They provided a code, but when I attempted to use it, the lock did not work. Only after I had tried to enter the code was I informed that the staff do not actually have access to the disabled toilet. This occurred on a match day when the store was extremely busy, with over 30 people queueing ahead of me for the main toilets. I have Crohn’s disease and needed to empty my colostomy bag urgently. Being sent back and forth, given incorrect information, and ultimately being unable to use the disabled toilet caused me significant distress, discomfort, and a completely avoidable medical situation. Disabled access should be reliable, functional, and understood by staff. Today, it was not. I would appreciate a response explaining how this happened and what steps will be taken to ensure that disabled customers are not put in this position again

   Lack of hygiene. Staff aware and do nothing. Flies all over the fresh cake storage in front of customers. Sadly cannot post a video.

   Used to love it here but staff aren’t as friendly anymore. No more toffee nut anything this morning for the cold brew I wanted (why is it still on the website/board?) - no apology, I was just stared at until I suggested something else. They must have misheard my second choice too so I awkwardly had to say so. Was luckier on the third attempt but I don’t think the staff were very happy with me.

   I had visited with my 4 friends. Service is a bit slow. Also I told them to heat the croissant but still they served cold. Caramel frappe was good.

   I always loved starbucks but this experience was pathetic. I was waiting in the que to order coffee when i noticed flies flying over all the bakery in the secured showcase. I literally felt nauseated and didnt order anything except coffee. I will report it to authourities as well. Plz dont play with people health.

   I think there are some new nice staff and my recent experiences are pretty good. So I changed my comment. ——— Horrible experience. I got an iced brown sugar espresso WITHOUT any brown sugar or espresso. JUST OAT MILK. The staff simply denied it and wouldn't do another. Horrible service. Dishonest Staff. He earns money so easy that he thinks it fair enough to spend £3+ on a cup of ice cubes and bare milk. Should not accept the order if they have no brown sugar now. I don’t understand why he added NO ESPRESSO unless on purpose. Attached is what i got from him and normal ones I purchased at the same store.
