   I’ve never felt so uncomfortable and threatened in my life. The staff here were so disrespectful after I asked kindly to clean a couple of tables for me and my friends to do a bible study; they continued to talk about us behind the counter, moved the tables and chair we originally wanted to use and left the table dirty! Someone needs to train these ladies on basic customer service….

   Staff were incredibly disrespectful and rude. They refused to wipe the tables even though we had kindly and respectfully asked and continued to pester us, looking at us and talking about us behind our backs. It made the visit uncomfortable and unpleasant. They really need to improve their customer service, quite frankly me and my friends felt threatened.

   Haven’t had any issues here before but purchased this salted pretzel hot chocolate today for £4.15 and the cup was only half full! With the lid not fitting in the cup properly. Wish I checked inside the cup before I got back to the office. The vegan focaccia sandwich was nice though. Not happy that I spent £4.15 and half a drink .

   Im a big fan of starbucks, this visit has started to make me rethink. I got my two young children a ham & cheese toastie and when I ask if it could be cut in half I got answered "got to do it yourself, here's a knife (wooden)" My gingerbread latte tasted burnt which wasn't great.

   This branch of Starbucks at Centrale Shopping Centre is well hidden. Had I not ventured upstairs I would not have discovered it. It is nice and quiet hence a great place to relax and have a drink. The staff are nice and friendly.
