Unfortunately, my experience at the Bramley branch wasnβt great. The play area feels cramped, and the staff were not very welcoming. While waiting for a pickup, I was asked to take my three kids (including a baby) outside in the rain as all tables were reserved. It felt quite inconsiderate. In comparison, the Beeston branch is much better β more space, more activities, more slides, nicer toilets, and the same ticket price. Iβll continue going there instead.

Nice and clean area. It is divided in ti three areas. Nice food. Baby in here was enjoyed. The only thing need to improve is so hot, the fan is not enough especially when more child are playing and the temperature outside are hot.

i didnβt like it, it was an average experience with monster kids, because of management they were not friendly just they were doing job thatβs it but we didnβt like it much just serving things in hurry and they donβt bother what people want also there was not many people but still no table and chairs were arranged according to party , so that many people could sit at same table,, even the monster appearance was just for 1min kids wanted to play more. staff wasnβt even tried to involve to make kids feel happy there. no one made effort to make birthday child happy or to have more fun . overall please if you donβt want to spoil your day just go to another place

Is a really good play place for kids took my grandson a few times now he loves it playing in the ball pool and going down the slides will most likely have his birthday party there in the future :)

The coffee was good but served by an extremely rude and arrogant member of staff. The place in itself does what is says on the tin. I felt very βunwelcomeβ at the premise, down to the obnoxious attitude of staff who I had to deal with. I personally will not return and hope that if enough of us share our true experiences of the staff at this establishment it eventually will get the reputation it so deserves.

Been to lots of soft plays and even though this is not the biggest, there are lots to do to keep entertained. I'm more impressed with the friendliness of staff with it being a very busy day and all the staff were helpful and kind throughout. Lots of soft play areas have staff who look miserable and run off their feet but here they were great. We will definately be coming back!

One of the largest play areas around. You could easily lose a child in there for a while. Nice and clean. Great for a midweek visit, but can get very busy at the weekend and in school holidays.

Nice place for the kids to play. I think I prefer the Beeston one, the baby bit has a bit more and a slide in that bit too. This one is still good, got a good space for each each range. Very clean and friendly girl working there. Saw her cleaning tables and chairs thoroughly after people had left. Food was nice and good prices. I like that you can sit right next to the play areas so if your child is fine playing on their own you can see them very clearly.
