We visited this evening with my two children. Chloe was very helpful and friendly. The children loved the soft play, we will definitely be returning
Outstanding ! My little boy had his 3rd birthday party here . Chloe went out of her way to make his day super special. She never ever stoped making sure everyone was sorted and included. The pay area had something for everyone and is definitely value for money. Both women should definitely get praise as they are doing an amazing job! Thankyou ladies !
Just got home from my sons party and I cannot recommend this place highly enough, we were all well looked after, the food was amazing for adults and kids and everyone had a fabulous time thank you to the lovely ladies that took care of us all!
Nice place to stay and the food seems nice and the drinks are made with love and a nice accent! Thanks to Zarah for the smile, the french language with almost no accent and the nice note :) I won't be coming back anytime soon because I'm living quite far but if I ever come again near, I'l come say hi for sure! Thanks a lot :)
Lovely soft play area , £14 for a months pass . Food is amazing and the staff are all happy smiley which is great to see . Becky and Zarah are working today , there vibe is amazing , there a credit to your company Highly recommend the Sunday lunch also and everything else I've tried has been amazing We've spent alot of time here over the holidays , cheap as chips and lovely atmosphere
Staff were attentive but not experienced as they seemed completely untrained. Food was good quality but not even warm, chips were cold, we ordered a starter as a main for 1 of our group and asked for it to come out with the main meals, this got brought out but we had to chase the main meals so that we could eat together, the Nachos had some yellow/brown sauce that tasted nothing like cheese, even the curry was only luke warm and the rice was cold. We will not be attending again

Play area, OK, staff in the wacky are the only reason this review gets 1 star. The staff in the wacky were friendly and helpful. The staff in the pub restaurant are far from helpful. From taking the wrong orders to bringing out incorrect meals, rude service... Even expecting dining customers to leave their guests at the table to join a queue at the till and explain that the meal is wrong or something is missing from the order. Literally leaving the table, waiting ten minutes at a till to be served again and explain the meal is wrong. All whilst your friends and family wait and your food goes cold. The staff clearly hate their jobs, walk around misserable eyeing up customers and making derogatory comments to one an other. If you value your dining experience, go elsewhere.
Nice, safe and clean place whith good food. Kids r happy.
