   Absolutely disgusting this visit. Dirty toilets staff stretched out. No one listened to our complains, tried to email them but no email address just a feedback form. Not heard back from completing the form either. Avoid if you want a sanity visit. Basic hygiene was clearly not top of their list. No soap to wash hands. Blood! muck and grime. This is the child's girls toilets! Disgusting. No surprise we all got upset tummy's! Not what it was 6 months ago

   Chose Wacky Warehouse for my son’s 8th birthday party. Fantastic customer service at all touch points. My son has allergies and this was taken seriously and made sure everything double checked with us. On the day Jess and Melissa took great care of us! Venue good sized and all kids enjoyed. Could not have gone better.

   I've got to say, I'm really surprised at the good reviews. Two of us had the full monty grill which was the worst meal we've both had for a long time - hugely overcooked chicken, gammon and steak, tomato had a strange taste, peas cold.. only thing that were nice were the chips. If we weren't in a group and not wanting to disappoint the kids we'd have sent it all back for our money back and gone somewhere else. Disappointed the say the least.

   So useful the that it's open til 7... Keeps child occupied until bedtime. Friendly staff, nice coffee. Only issue is that big kids are allowed in the under 5s area making it less safe for a 1 year old when they're very boisterous.

   Slightly nicer food since the menu changed a few months ago but still far from brilliant & quite expensive prices for the quality of food. Definitely wouldn't chose to eat their again! The parking tarmac has an awful lot of potholes. There is quite a few spaces to park although there are not many disabled bays, where there are disabled bays, they aren't very big spaces to be able to open doors fully to transfer onto my wheelchair or to get a wheelchair between vehicles so have to go all the way round the car park to get near the door despite being parked very close to the door. There are very tall curbs surrounding the car park so it's very difficult to get my wheelchair up to the pavement, I couldn't do it without assistance as I'd have been tipped backwards & fallen out of my chair. The paved area is very uneven causing problems for the wheelchair as the front wheels kept getting stuck & almost tipped me out on more than one occasion. My mum has also tripped over the paving slabs with them being so uneven, definitely needs sorting out ASAP. They didn't allow my medical service dog in either so we had to eat on the decking area in the cold with dirty tables & chairs & had to wash the cutlery prior to using it as it hadn't been washed through the dishwasher thoroughly, also had to ask for a couple of clean glasses & plates. Beans were over cooked, hard yet cold. The staff weren't particularly bothered. Felt very disappointed whilst there & when leaving as it was 'supposed' to be a birthday celebration! Only gave 1 star as it's the least I could give & credit where credit is due, the deserts were tasty....
