   Filthy place that is unsuitable for families due to inebriated patrons. Oh and there is faecal matter on the ceiling in the toilets.

   Customer service absolutely shocking. I went today whilst at work (care) . Short changed by £10 which was not my money. Employee claimed i was wrong and she was right. She gave me dirty disgusting looks basically telling her colleague in front of me “you need to cover me now because my heart rate is going” whilst glaring at me. Manager nowhere to be seen. Just to add she had pressed £20 on her own till which the order came to £9.50.. so do the maths.. £10.50 change right... Yet she was still claiming I’m wrong she’s right. Manager nowhere to be seen for a good 20 minutes. Had to cash the till up when he eventually came. Guess what the customer was right after all! Place was absolutely filthy too and no cares were obviously given by employee or management. Photos will be added of just the small section I saw!! Will not be returning again especially when I’m with clients that have autism and learning difficulties! If I could give 0 stars, I would! Also everyone makes mistakes, I’m all for that but her rudeness was completely unacceptable!

   Revamped in the summer of 2023. A welcome facelift which now makes the place look amazing! 24 modern bowling lanes, each one having its own interactive screen to customise names, photos and see stats (for the competitive types!) Tenpin also has a large arcade area which has all the usual you expect like skill/strategy & action arcade games with all the latest titles like Halo: Fireteam Raven, Storm Rider 2 etc.. 8 good quality pool tables (plus decent cues) plus two brand spanking new karaoke booths which look super fun for group get togethers. Large selection of drinks ranging from slushies, soft drinks, beers, wines & cocktails. Bar snacks, pizzas, burgers etc.. also available. Staff are polite & friendly, the whole place is spotlessly clean & management are always on the shop floor making sure things run smoothly & to a high standard.

   Went here for my daughter's birthday. Booked in advance to avoid queues. I thought it was quite expensive when I bowled (about £50 for 2 games for a family of 4) Got assigned lane 23. Which was near the end of the lanes right next to a load of building works. So we bowled in virtually silence as we couldn't hear ourselves talk and had to keep our coats on as it was freezing cold. Also the quality of the lanes and equipment was poor. The bowling balls all had big chunks out of them and barely rolled straight and the bumpers on the lane to our left kept failing. All in all it was rubbish. Wouldn't go back. There's so many other things to do at Xscape I'd try something else. The only positive was that the staff were friendly and polite.

   Went here a few weeks ago and we absolutely loved it. A little pricey but you pay for what you got. Lovely little touch with your photo being up on the board. Overall we had a lovely evening and will be visiting again :-)

   Great time for a date night booked in easily and everything was clean and tidy nice feature having your photo added to the score board as well would recommend calling in advance to make sure there’s space especially on a weekend

   We had a great time, food was lovely and the computers are easy to navigate my girls loved that you can add your photo to your name on the big screens. We will definitely be going again! It was very busy I am glad we pre booked on the app.

   Good afternoon out with friends. Pity the two lanes we were using went into fault twice, but at least when notified, they quite quickly reset the lanes and we continued our game. Would be nice if novices had an indication on how to select a ball.

   Great bowling alley- recommend going on a Tuesday as they have 50% off but would suggest booking if you do this as was very busy. Can order food and drinks to the lane and we loved the selfie feature on the scoreboard
