   I see quite a few bad reviews on here :( Personally I found this Starbucks great! We have some our web design meetings here with our local clients and found the staff, service and coffee fine. We pop in quite often so if you see us and you need any help with your website, come and say hello. Look for two bearded chaps wearing purple Indigo Marmoset t-shirts.

   Having a look through some of these reviews has left me extremely confused… Myself and my partner live near here and are in there all the time. We’ve never had any issues with the staff, they’ve always been so so so polite and chatty. Priya and Jack in particular remember our orders and our names and will have a full conversation with us when we come in. We often bring our pup in and they’ll always do a puppaccino for him first so that he waits patiently. The drinks are made exactly how I like them, it’s 9/10 a fast service (obviously it depends how busy it is but they work as quickly as they can!). This is one of the best Starbucks I’ve ever been in and the staff are cleaning it often.

   I went in at 6pm 1 hour before closing and both staff told me that they are not doing frapchino drinks all because they wanted to close early. You guys lost out on sales all because your staff didn’t want to make drinks. As I left one of the staff said to her other staff” I’m not gonna lie I’m not making that” very disappointed do better! How can you not sell certain things 1 hour before. Ridiculous!!! It was a black girl and an Indian girl working. You need to sort out your staff.! 07/10/25 this was the day so you will know who was working!

   Ordered today with delivero and received a drink wrapped in a plastic and the mocha was completely poured inside. Try to be refunded but they refused to. Very disapointed

   Read the comments and though I’d give my take. This is such a nice Starbucks spot just opposite the station. Loses points because the baristas can be a lot better, but they do make a decent bru.

   Nice Starbucks in Croydon area it’s brand new clean and and very luminous. Maybe there should be more tables and chairs to stay in a more comfortable way, but definitely one if the cleanest place in Croydon where to have coffee. Keep going like this

   My partner went for the first time there today to pick up something for breakfast/lunch. The cashier was rude. When arrived back home, noticed an item was missing (out of 4 items) and we had been charged for it - had to go back. No real apology was given

   I went and informed the manager James Lacey, I am waiting for a friend. At 6:55 pm his exact words. "You sure only one here and you haven't bought anything, you are sitting here for free" I was not aware I had to order something before sitting as I never had this experience at Starbucks, where I do spend a lot of time and money. I did end up buying something here but Very disappointed with this service and location.

   Went in at 19:10 to be told it’s closed even though the opening hours outside say it closes at 20:00. When questioned as to why both their doors were still wide open if they were closed, rude employee told me with attitude that they were “closing at the moment and we can’t close with our doors shut”. She also said they were closing at 7 because there were only two of them there. Firstly, not a very friendly response. Secondly, if you need to keep a door open to bring in the outdoor seating then keep the side door open but lock the front door. Thirdly, don’t advertise that you’re open until 8 if you’re not. Put up a sign to say due to staffing issues we are closing at 7. Simple. Ridiculous logic and rude staff. I live in the building and looked forward to getting a drink from here for the first time, on the hottest day in 46 years. But evidently Starbucks was not ready to provide good service.
