Lovely cafe with great coffee but pastries were bad, tasted stale and bready couldn’t finish mine. Need better quality ones. A shame bc there’s tonnes of incred bakeries around the area

There are a lot of cafes in Hackney, but few are as dedicated to being lovely humans as Dead Good. The coffee is lovely and fairly priced, the baked goods are delicious. Most of all, the people behind the counter are the highlight. From my first visit, I was treated like an old friend. It warmed my frigid little heart and they have made a regular out of me!

Staff really friendly, warm and attentive. Had a chai latte and a great sausage roll. It’s a small place but full of life. Great for chilling and have a morning drink.

A lovely small coffee shop in Dalston. The staff are extremely friendly and the coffee is delicious, so much so that I bought a bag of their coffee beans before leaving.
