   I love this shop. I get a lot of parcels delivered here. And send from here. The staff are really helpful and efficient and the shop itself is spotlessly clean and well organised, and has a good selection of products, wines and spirits. The walk in beer chilled room is great.

   If I could give 0 stars I would, this store is terrible I had an evri parcel sent there and was met with aggressive and arrogant staff who were hesitant to give me my parcel claims to have asked me what my address was he never asked me my address he asked me my name and I showed him my ID, once I got in the car I saw my parcel had been tampered with and tied back up an item had been stolen which I’m certain was by this shop which would make perfect sense since he was so hesitant to give me my parcel, absolutely do not have any parcels sent here RESPONSE TO COMMENT: no threat was made to you, so that’s a lie, and two you were hesitant to give me my parcel as you stole an item from me, my name was fine and matched so again another lie, it’s ok though I was refunded, and Evri are now investigating :) like I said anyone reading this, DO NOT use this store for your parcels. There’s another reviewer who has mentioned items going missing also, must be a regular thing at this place.

   Brilliant service I dropped off a parcel for DPD and their was a problem with the label. The owner took time to find me to rectify the problem. While I was there I treat myself to a lovely bottle of Vodka from the well stocked shelf. Thankyou very much I will return
