   I have been to the garage a few times now for a service, MOT and more recently for a brakes check when the warning came on my Merc GLE dashboard. I can honestly say I have not been to a more professional garage in a long time, everything was explained and work discussed, the prices are comparable and I have not had any issues with work undertaken.    Had my GLE in for an air filter change. Booked in and sorted within a couple of days at a really fair price . Took it back in over a knocking noise I have been hearing for a while. ( nothing to do with the air filter job) Had a look and have some great advise to see the main dealer and get it done on the warranty. Didn’t charge for his time . A very honest and well experienced garaged would definitely recommend.

   I had a problem with my c220 Mercedes’ a water leak I had put the car in a difrent garage two days before who had the car a full day then called to say they cudnt do the repair I then called malmar mark seid bring it in the next morning they repaired the car and also explained what the problem was to me I cudnt fault the advice or the service I received I will definitely use malmar again once again thank you all the best paddy

   I can’t recommend this garage enough, took my Mercedes’ to them to do work under warranty which nobody else wanted to do but they were more than willing to help me when they could hear how stressed I was. The car went in and they even dealt with the dealership direct which saved me a lot of stress, kept me up to date with everything and were so helpful and kind throughout. Customer service is impeccable, professional and went above and beyond. Will definitely be going back for any future works needed without a doubt. It’s reassuring to see there are still genuine family run garages about.

   I took my SL350 in for it's annual service after previously using Mercedes main dealers (which was very expensive and not value for money). The customer service was excellent, with an incredibly friendly team across the board. They were able to access my full car history on the Mercedes system, as they are approved service agents. The work was done to an incredibly high standard and my car was returned on time and clean. The quality of work and value for money was first class (and as they are authorised service agents, I still get all the Mercedes benefits). I will definitely be using these guys again and can't recommend them highly enough.

   I put my B180 Mercedes Benz car in for repair on Thursday 21st December 2017 because the glow plug indicator light appeared on my dashboard, The garage kept my car for 57 working days. After which, on the 27th February 2018 I was informed that the garage had carried out repairs at a cost of £2600, including the repair of the glow plugs. I returned my car to Malmar Motors on Friday 8th February 2019, less than 12 months after the repairs, because the glow plug indicator light appeared on my dashboard, in addition to other faults which triggered the engine management light also appearing on my dashboard. I was informed that four glow plugs had to be replaced along-with an EGR valve and a glow plug relay part. On Friday 15th February 2019, I was informed that all repairs had been completed at a cost of £660.14. As part of a process, I had negotiated with a car dealer a sale price for the Mercedes Benz of £3,300. On Saturday 16th February, I took the car to the Car dealer who had a test drive on the Mercedes Benz. He stated that there were numerous faults with the repairs carried out and as a result, he offered me £2,000 for the car. A loss of £1300 plus a bill for £660.14 for work not completed to a satisfactory standard. I will not be using this company again and will not recommend their service to others!
