   As being a regular customer I have always find that staff is mostly Unfriendly and they give poor service, especially for the customers with parcels.

   Just took time out of work to drop a parcel off. I had not chosen One Stop. Vinted had allowed the buyer too. I was told that I would have to wait until they had scanned all the parcels in the back which could be 20 minutes. Had to leave to go back to work. I don't blame the staff for this as they are over run with parcels, but One Stop should stop offering this as a service as they aren't able to provide it properly and fairly. I am ill, and now have to make a special journey to drop off my parcel later on in the day when I hope they will accept it.

   Don’t accept parcels before 10am but zero information to tell you that. Their excuse was to stop them being too busy but when I walked in there was not a single customer and the two staff behind the till were just chatting to each other so not like they were even busy

   Ordered from just eat. Just for 1 bottle of vodka as for a party is was quick. I spent over £25 for it and it never got delivered and it also said it was delivered 10 seconds after being picked up. AVOID.... I AM SO ANGRY
