   Been there a few times to get tyres change no issues but the last time was absolutely awful went there to get the alignment done on my car resulting on the steering wheel not being straight as I got my car back after it .(they were saying maybe the steering column need to be looked at ) The car didn’t feel right so took it to another garage for the alignment again (2 days later )and they told me it was one of the worst alignment they have ever seen for long time!!(steering column was fine steering wheel wasn’t locked straight when alignement done by previous mechanic) see the picture added before done by Heswall tyres &test and after done by another garage No wonder why customer come back to change tyres if their alignment is totally wrong do not recommend would never go back

   I've been to Heswall T & T twice now and both times the chaps were professional, polite and Nick sorted the problem quickly and without fuss. Price was competitive - no qualms there at all. They are very busy judging by the calls and visitors while I was there so perhaps ring first!!!! If local to Heswall area I would definitely recommend them! Thanks chaps!!

   Amazing garage, I had an issue where a previous garage hadnt fit my bumper or my parking sensor properly and after waiting weeks for them to rectify it, i decided to come to Heswall Tyres and Test instead. They got me in within a few days, fixed the previous garages work and I picked it up later that afternoon. Very reasonably priced too. Very happy to have found this garage and I will continue to use them.

   Great service! I was in a bit of pickle, needing to drive back to London on a Saturday morning, but with a loose undertray scraping along the road. After a quick phone call first thing in the morning, I was able to go there about 5 minutes later, and 15 minutes after that, with the loose undertray was removed, I was back on the road, with only a nominal charge.

   Do not use this garage for a service, especially if booking through the AA. The garage cut the brakes on my vehicle, were negligent and lied about the parts of the test that they have carried out, although checked as completed. Test drive was expected, in addition to checking the vehicle over for any mechanical faults, however, this was checked off despite being told verbally that it had not been carried out. Although they fixed the issue when the AA brought it up with them, they expected a dangerous vehicle without brakes to be returned to them (which involves taking it back along a motorway and potentially causing a crash) and treated them cutting the vehicles brake as an inconvenience to them.
