“A thoroughly reliable company who demonstrated honesty right from the start. He arrived bang on time checked the work we asked for and said that in his opinion the furniture was not really in need of cleaning as it still looked new. I explained that I had purchased new covers and the furniture was over a year old now with five dogs jumping all over it so we decided to have it cleaned before fitting the covers. The appointment was made and the price agreed. They again arrived smack on the dot of the time agreed, set up in record time and started work. On completion both furniture and carpet were looking immaculate as if new. We are more than delighted and recommend “Cleandirect” to all, a trusted company who do a first class job.”

“Our visit to the shop was slightly different in that we didn’t buy flowers. Not knowing the area, we had come in for advice and both ladies in the shop could not have been nicer or more helpful. The manager/owner asked us to come in out of the rain and set about doing what she could to help us out, and she went above and beyond to achieve that for us. We are all tremendously grateful for her kindness in solving our dilemma. As an added bonus the shop is absolutely beautiful. I wish we lived nearby as I would definitely use the shop. “I had to write a comment to say that Draw a Bath have been incredible do deal with. They have provided the best advice, service and after sales that anyone could wish for. The product is first class, elegant and sleek, with very competitive prices. I cannot praise the team enough, but Shelly deserves a special mention, as she has assisted us from the start of the process all the way through to the completion of our bathroom. “Nail Clipping. My dog hates his paws and nails touched. Debonair are brilliant at doing his nails. Calm and kind. Less than a tenner, cheaper than vet if you are looking for calm, doing once a month, have happy toes pooch. Keeping vet busy is enough already, (nails price is respectfully of what they are doing my sis dogs needs anaesthetic) dogs life and lovely one.”

“If you’re looking to get your child’s ears pierced this is definitely the place. I took my 7 year old daughter here today after many recommendation’s and I’m so glad I did. Vicky was absolutely amazing with my daughter who was a little nervous and did such an incredible job at calming her. She put on her favourite music and gave her a sweet which was such a nice touch. Overall it was an amazing experience, done so smoothly and efficiently but not rushed. All the other ladies in the store were so lovely too. My daughter is so happy with her new earrings. “I ordered a pink rose display for my wife's coffin, a bouquet of pink roses and a floral tribute formed in the letter C. Everything was arranged for me to view the flowers on Tuesday afternoon, the day before the funeral. However, on calling the shop, I was told Donna had been rushed to hospital and was having emergency surgery. I am pleased that her son Anthony pulled all the stops out, and the beautiful flowers were ready on time. Everyone commented on how lovely they were. Thank you Reebees, I hope Donna is fit and well soon.”

“Some months ago I went to Sue Huntington to look for an outfit for my daughter's wedding this month. I bought a beautiful John Charles dress and jacket. It was just what I was looking for, they even had a fascinator to compliment the outfit. Very happy. Subsequently I was invited to another wedding in March and decided to wear that outfit, because on another visit to the shop I spotted a Condici dress and jacket which I loved and it was in the sale. An absolute bargain. Just perfect for Mother of the Bride! The staff are so helpful, courteous and very friendly. They are honest if you ask their opinion on what does or doesn't look good. The sales are wonderful, shopping there is a lovely experience because there is no one constantly at your shoulder pushing you to buy or try on clothes you do not want to. A great shop, we are lucky to have it in Heswall.”

“Great service! I was in a bit of pickle, needing to drive back to London on a Saturday morning, but with a loose undertray scraping along the road. After a quick phone call first thing in the morning, I was able to go there about 5 minutes later, and 15 minutes after that, with the loose undertray was removed, I was back on the road, with only a nominal charge.”
