I have bought a couple of items from this store, last time bought an item, I asked is it hard to set up? He said look it up on YouTube. There was 3 staff just standing there looking at me. I am a single 60 year old women who is waiting for her brother to set it up. Wouldn't it be nice if they offered to help if you needed it!

Great ..it had my paint I needed ..phoned up .got the paint went in paid for it ..home within half an hour
Great little store this is. Nice staff and they tend to have pretty much everything you need. It would be nice if it was cheaper but it is what it is.
I never came came across such an unhelpful staff - not just one but all of them! I only recently have started using this store, came across about five different members of staff now- none one of the them was any help, showing knowledge or even said hello once to me!
Great place, knowledgeable staff who are very friendly and helpful. The older lady in the shop literally knows everything and will direct you to the right product every time. A great shop.
What a great place to have locally - pretty much everything you'd need for round the house and garden, paints, roller kits, outdoor sweeping brushes, nails, screws, cleaning products, light bulbs - i couldn't believe what they'd managed to pack in. Helpful staff. Saved me a load of time travelling to another DIY store.
Service not great. Rather grumpy and unhelpful staff. No need! We wanted brilliant white satin paint and they tried to sell us something different before finally admitting it was upstairs on the left. Obviously don't feel they need to be helpful.
