   Not ran in a while and needed a gait analysis and a new pair of running shoes. Great to have the analysis info emailed to me. Knowledge and experience of staff was evident and felt like they knew their stuff. Spent time asking me about injuries / niggles and my running goals etc. Provided with several pairs to test and compare on the treadmill. Super friendly and zero pressure - highly recommend whether you’re new to running or an experienced runner. Hopefully will be back to purchase a pair of trail shoes later in the year.

   Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and shoes a decent price. Made me feel like they wanted to help me find the right shoe no matter how long it took. Gait analysis was really helpful too, especially being able to look back over in email later. By far the best running shop I've been in for quite some time and worth a bit of drive to visit for the customer service.

   Superb. Emailed Nigel first to see if it was worth travelling as I have large feet and I'm used to having a very limited selection. The guys were superb. I did the gait analysis, tried on 5 different pairs of shoes, and ended up running in 4 of them. There was no hurry and they were happy to discuss through the whole process. Highly recommended.

   Brilliant service and understanding of how to help a new customer figure out what they need. None of this "there's our running shoes over there see which one you like". No. Good questions about what I was after, what my running habits and goals are, a proper check on my running gait and a selection of shoes for me to try with advice on how to pick the best ones for me. They have a new raving fan and long term customer even though they are 20 miles from my home.

   Highly recommended for any runners out there. Clearly experts in their field. I've always just picked trainers myself for running and after one visit here, I've realised that was a mistake. After inspecting my current shoes, I underwent a full gait analysis and then was given a selection of shoes to try on. Must admit, it was a hard choice as all of them felt pretty perfect though in the end one was more perfect than the others. Can't wait for my next run!
