   I went for a coffee and a croissant with my friend and i have requested him to warm my croissant i took my cross with in the paper bag and kept in oven and give back in 2 seconds, he didnt kept it warm and i felt it rude and weird for not treating well with customers. Pathetic experience on weekend morning.

   If I need to give zero star I will definitely do that, guy who served me his name is Umar and on till she was Zara, on of the worst rude customer service ever in my life, I’m gold member and I asked for basic customised drink milk and coffee shots on top of it. But the guy umar he don’t even know how to quality of shots neither how to make customer satisfy. Starbucks you guys need to teach them how to service customer first before making drinks, ssv was super good her Martha she understood but this guy and that girl was ridiculous, time of service 12:35 on Sunday 28th September. No label, No message on the cups, No connection, worst store ever. That was abusing customer, Starbucks please open you eyes and see the ground experience.

She was incredibly attentive, remembered my complicated order without hesitation, and prepared it perfectly. Greta truly went above and beyond—not just efficient, but friendly and welcoming in a way that made the entire atmosphere feel more personal. It’s clear she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about the customer experience. I’ll definitely be coming back because of her excellent service. She’s a real asset to the team!

   Not the cleanest and I was given a plant based sandwich when informing them what I could have that's gluten and dairy free. Allergy policy needs to be more strict and staff need training on what gluten is. They just stood and stared at each other in silence when I said wheat. They need food safety training if selling food, not sure how they can not know what's in the food or what basic allergies are. Hope someone doesn't sue them due to a stupid mistake!

   Dirty and messy. When asked about toilet and washing hands facilities. I was told by Liam, the manager they were all out of order. I asked if the restaurant should be open. He didn’t care. I am now going to report it to the hygiene standards agency.

   Was there today 10/10/22 around 12.30 there was a tall guy at the till, beard and man bun. He was so rude, no sense of customer service whatsoever no hello or thank you, he literally said "WHAT YOU WANT!" Starbucks can please be careful when you hire staff this guy is literally giving you a bad name. Absolutely atrocious! Gave me a lukewarm cup of coffee, won't be back!
