   Thank you Hebah Zahra Zaidi for a wonderful service, you are all Suburb a credit to your profession and the NHS. Also Chad Hyde who is kind and funny and help me manoeuvre around my dental problems. The reception staff are so helpful, efficient and welcoming. You once fitted me in after a very difficult weekend of abscess on my wisdom tooth ouch, at very short notice. Dental procedures NHS or Private can be costly on this economic climate, however you have always tried to help and reach a solution with your customers.

   Very pleased with my treatment. Rabia was lovely and very understanding as I had a few problems. She gave me good advice and great care. Rose was lovely with me and supportive. Reception staff are helpful, friendly and efficient.

   My main reason for recommending Bupa Dental Care Barnton is the prompt treatment and the excellent care I received from all the staff. I was pleased to be given an appointment without delay, and everyone was professional and attentive. A special thank you to the receptionist, Lynn, who was incredibly helpful and kind in explaining the whole process. I’m also very grateful to Dentist Chad,he was so friendly and polite, which really helped put me at ease

   I had the same experience as David Martin below. They are using the excuse of people not booking appointments during Covid as an excuse to remove NHS patients from their list. I have been registered with them for over 15 years and so totally disgusting behaviour. No communication from them to inform me that they were deregistering me.

   Happy to have had another emergency consultation due to another filling dropping out. Advised to have a crown as the tooth is compromised so given a temporary filling today and an appointment arranged for the crown . Great service again . Thanks

   I've been coming here for years. Lovely staff, prompt service. I chipped a tooth and I phoned Monday at 5:10pm, got an appointment Thursday at 12:40. Tooth repaired by 12:50. 5 stars for Eva and the other lovely people that work there.

   They are so rough. That Spanish dentist is the worst out of the lot. So heavy handed and rough. She injected me with a numbing agent and didn't even wait for it to kick, she just waded in with absolutely not a care in the world. I went to another dentist as I was in so much pain afterwards and they said she's made a right mess of it. She's filled my tooth but done it too high so it's pressing against my root causing so much pain. I thought I was just bruised at first because she was so heavy handed, but turns out she's just careless. Please avoid and go somewhere else, and if you do have to go there, for the love of Christ, ask for somebody else other than the Spanish lady. You'll be in for a world of pain otherwise.

   Terrible service. update. currently a new customer at My dentist. £45. bupa £75. bupa told me £2000 for dentures MY dentist same service but better services. £750. tut tut bupa. rip off f….. The manager off the barton branch is rude and i’d stay a million miles away from the place. the dentist triphi i’d question if she is qualified. she snapped my teeth in july, and only had fixed in nov. i wouldn’t waste ur hard worked money on this place. second class service at high prices.
