   Cancelled on me on the day I was due to have an appointment due to the Dentist being sick. I booked the day off work to come, and it had been in the diary for over 6 months, travelled late the night before from Leeds to attend and i’ve just got to accept it and re-book later in the year. We have to give 24 hours notice to cancel, what about Dentists? Extremely unfair when people re-arrange their days.

   Been to visit my dentist with my 10 year old son and the dentist Robert Mclachlan was rude to myself after us not being able to see a dentist for 2 years my son had a fear of dentists he did nothing to put my son at ease then proceeded to put it on me and in not so many ways call me a bad mother he is nothing but a rude horrible man I have never been treated so atrociously disgraceful behaviour from a medical professional . No wonder my child is scared of dentists if this is how he is treated

   Delay of 30 minutes in the waiting room, and this was after my appointment was rescheduled from last week where I was told the day before my practitioner was no longer available even though I’d booked the date 6 months ago. Previously, I’ve been booked in for a day when the practice has been shut (weekend). Check ups are approx 30 seconds long and now cost £59 for private patients, an increase from last year. During my last check up, I was asked what I wanted to do after the dentist found a pit in my tooth. Seems bizarre to me as I don’t think a doctor would ask their patient what they would want to do after finding an irregularity during a check up, but rather would make a recommendation. I go abroad to get my teeth cleaned and thoroughly checked and would recommend others do the same, as it is much cheaper and better.

   Very unprofessional. Dentist told me on consultation to go and get a diazepam to calm me down before extraction next week. Turned up for my extraction and waited 1hour before going up to reception desk to be told my dentist is running over an hour late and she should’ve come out to tell me but didn’t. Avoid this place. I WAS a private patient.

   Just been to see Rob and the team for a tooth extraction. Was very nervous but Rob and the team put me at ease and now its out no more pain or infection. I've been a patient since I was very young and this is the best dentist practice. Rob YOU are the MAN 10/10 to you and your team

   I attended this morning for a check up. My appointment was for 10.05 with Mr Nowak and I arrived before 10am but at 10.40am I had to leave as I had to go to work and still hadn't been seen. No explanation was given as to why he was running so late and when I told the receptionist that I needed to leave all she said was 'oh, ok' - no explanation, no apology and no offer of another appointment. Not impressed at all.
