   Terrible dental practice, I came for root canal and crown which took 5 months to complete due to cancelled appointments, re-infection and having to come back to get the mould redone as the dentist didn't do it properly the first time round (in his words because he didn't have his loupes). Quick to set up a payment plan, grand total of £1400 but also quick to cancel appointments at the last minute. My son, age 10 also goes to this practice. Not having a great experience with him either, dentist is rude and has very poor bedside manners. He would not refer my som for a brace even though he has severe crowding - i have now moved dentist, after 1st appointment have been put on the waiting list for a brace! Also on my last visit while sat in the waiting area i listened to 1 of the young ladies ridiculing one of her previous patients to the receptionist and another member of staff because he wasn’t happy with his crown and that if he wanted it to look better he should have paid for an implant. There are signs up about privacy and respect yet the staff clearly showed neither. Edit - to add insult to injury now being called a liar, the root canal and crown was absolutely done at this clinic. The dentist who treated me is no longer on your website so maybe has left but his room was the second one on the left as you go through the door, unfortunately i cant remember his name but i do remember he only took appointments in the mornings as this was not ideal with me working full time. He stated he didn't have his loupes, hence my comment. The crown is poor quality, cracked within weeks of being put in and has cracked further now but i am unable to fund getting it fixed. I have a crown fitted at a different practice over 20 years ago and it is still like new. Myself and my son are now registered with a far better practice, this place wont last much longer in my opinion

   Treatments available on the NHS are acceptable but modern dental solutions are not covered and have to be paid for. If paying the option you choose, you hope and expect that the work will be carried out correctly, safely and that the result will make you smile. In my experience mydentist Moor Road (and Wigan branch) do just that. The treatments that my wife and l have had have proved to be very successful and worth every penny.

   I had the Clear Correct treatment done about 6 months ago and I'm so happy with the results. Whenever I was worried about anything Kate would make the time to see me straight away and assured me that there was nothing to worry about. I'm so happy that I got the treatment, it has made me much more confident with my smile. The practice itself is very friendly - all the staff members are lovely.

   I recently went through ClearCorrect treatment via a referral from my main dentist in Billinge. Throughout the treatment, all the staff were fantastic and welcoming! I never had a problem if I had to reschedule and they made sure I was up to date with absolutely everything going on. I'd highly recommend them!

   Miss sold a treatment and exploited. I have attended this dentist for several year and always been happy with the service. My dentist always gave me a scale and polish as I never needed any major work. This Visit was different, I saw a different and I was told I had gum disease and I needed to see a dental hygienist. I accepted straight away without question as that sounded serious. I enquired about a scale and polish and was told that is what the dental hygienist would do. Later I rang the practice feeling like I had been ripped off after reading the NHS band 1 treatment list that included a scale and polish. I rang the practice and explained my concerns, receptionist explained that it was only preformed when medically necessary and was told I would hear back once the receptionist exquired further with the dentist. I was contact on the Monday when she promised. I turned up for the appointment as I had already had to pay a deposit. The dental hygiene was very pleasent, BUT she gave me a scale and polish. When I enquired about the gum disease, I was advised to floss more. Gum disease counts as medically necessary, so I should have had a scale and polish included in the NHS dental appointment. Be careful and make sure you ask why dentist are not preforming treatments that the NHS cover. I will not see this dentist again and will request my old dentist. In the past this dentist would have been a 5* but I have lost faith, as they have clearly taken advantage and are now ripping customers of to make a quick buck. VERY Disappointed!!!
