   I’ve tried private dentists in many different countries, but nothing quite tops the standard you get at St Raphael’s. Hands down the best dentist I’ve ever been to. From the moment you walk in you’re greeted with a smile and 5 star customer service. Sam and Marta were so efficient and lovely to chat to whilst waiting to be seen by the dentist Laythan. Laythan really makes going to dentist enjoyable, I was able to sit back in the chair and actually relax whilst he did my treatment, I was put completely at ease and didn’t feel a thing. His assistant, Clare was super, kind and helpful too. You can really feel that this is a positive work environment where everyone puts 100% into their roles and makes the customers feel taken care of in every way. Thank you all so much for making going to the dentist so enjoyable!

   Just took my daughter for her check up today with James, was welcomed with a lovely smile from Clare who was on reception today, seen straight away for a through examination and clean, James is super friendly and his nurse, Marta was great, putting Megan at ease. A referral to Bright Orthodontics for a full mouth x-ray was needed, we were able to go over straight away to get that done, super efficient and amazing patient care.

   Just visited St Raphael’s Dental Practice and had a tooth out and cannot speak highly enough of all the staff. Mel on the desk extremely welcoming and professional which straight away put me at ease. I then went in to see dentist James Foley who advised me my tooth had to come out and I didn’t know what to expect. He was extremely professional and reassuring explaining everything as he went and can’t believe how easy and pain free the whole experience was. I was then given a talk on all my aftercare and the whole experience was superb and would recommend this dentist to all my friends and family. The only downside was Mel on the desk and my dentist James Foley were both Liverpool fans other than that 10/10 for everything.

   This was our first visit to St Raphael’s as a family, and it was such a lovely experience. From being welcomed at reception by Clare, to being looked after so well by James and Millie. James and Millie were excellent at putting the children at ease immediately and I noticed how he used child friendly language to explain every step of their treatment so that they weren’t scared or frightened. He had a wonderful calming manner with them and gained their trust quickly. It is clear to see that he takes pride in his job and the service he provides to his patients. We cannot fault this experience, and are very grateful for the treatment we have received. We would highly recommend this dental practice to our friends and family.

   I came for an airflow stain removal treatment and I am absolutely made up! Ella was wonderful and made my teeth look and feel amazing. I’m so pleased and will be booking this treatment again. The staff are all so kind and welcoming can’t recommend enough.

   I am very impressed by the service at St. Raphael's. All the staff are courteous and professional. The dentist explains everything in detail and if treatment is required informs you of all the options available. On returning to the surgery post Covid the systems in place at the surgery were reassuring and you did not feel at risk. In the past it was sometimes difficult to get through to the surgery on the phone but this seems to have been addressed and is no longer a problem.
