   Never been a fan of the dentist before but me and my Mrs Joined Deacon dental in January and can honestly say the experience is completely different, Kush made us feel so chilled and he did some amazing cosmetic work on my teeth and removed some old fillings, replacing them with fresh white ones. He explains everything and allows you to make the decision on what you want. Brilliant staff, great service and made to feel welcome. Highly recommend.

   I starting visiting Deacon Dental for my Invisalign treatment, I have now moved and become a full patient. This is due to the amazing staff team, knowledge and support. I have been really grateful for all of the help the team have given me and whilst going to the dentist can be daunting for some people, the team here make it a really pleasant experience.

   I have been in Deacon dental for over 20yrs and my 2 boys since they were babies now grown men. Every time I have visited Deacon Dental my experience has always been a good one. The reception staff are always very helpful and Lyndsey my dentist she is the best I have ever known. She makes me feel like we have been friends for many years. I can't even contemplate going anywhere else as everytime I go the dentist I feel relaxed and totally at ease x

   Despite Complaints Handling Procedure visibly displayed on the wall of the reception area, this practice will not respond to complaints. I made a complaint regarding a member of staff on 24 February 2022 and have telephoned, emailed and visited the surgery to follow up on several occasions since. As of today, 31 August 2022, I still have no response and both Lynsey and Louise continue to ignore my communications.

   Shocking experience, If I ever get through and manage to book an appointment I will give a full review! I have been a patient for 30 years and still can't get an appointment. Save yourself the hassle and go private elsewhere, or wait for 3rd world level care, the choice is yours.

   During covid dental checks where disrupted I had jaw ache over weekend and thought it would be impossible to get an emergency treatment , when i eventually got through to the surgery they asked me to attend at 10.10 am, on seeing me they asked me back in the afternoon for a preseedure which they did . I can't praise them enough, all the staff where very pleasant and helpfull. Its not often one praises dental surgery but I was truly grateful for them seeing me same day.

   Always a nice experience, i wouldn't go to another dentist. When people have told me in the past they didn't feel a thing i always thought they were exaggerating, but when i got my fillings done by Tom I really didn't feel a thing, i couldn't believe it when he said it was finished!
