Nice pub close to airport, ideal for an evening meal. Staff were friendly, service was prompt and food was good.

Lovely old style authentic pub minutes from the hotels/airport. Very mixed review as staff were lovely, there was a fairly loud group in with a lot of raised talk and swearing. I think I missed a clue from the staff when they offered me and my young daughter a table in another part of the pub! Annoying rather than anything else. Food was filling and tasty£45 for Bangers and mash and a Lasagne. £7.50 Guinness but we are in the “Big Smoke”. Good to have options other than the hotel restaurants.

Great place — truly amazing. The atmosphere is fantastic, and the service is excellent. The only thing that slightly breaks the vibe is the number of tourists. Yes, I’m a tourist myself, but still… sometimes you just want some quiet, to sit down, soak in the feeling of a real English pub — that warm, homely vibe you can’t fake. As Beth from Yellowstone said: “Do you see any tourists here?” That’s exactly the feeling I was hoping for — to be surrounded by locals, to feel the pub living its usual rhythm, its own character, without the rush. But overall, the place is wonderful. Even with the tourist crowd, it still has something special. I’d definitely come back again.

Well, this little gem is a must if you can find it. I don’t say this in a negative fashion, it is just not in a densely populated retail area. It sits in a neighborhood adjacent to LHR. What makes it special is its homey feel and the locals that patronize it. It is old, really old. Like 1534 old. If you love plane spotting, well you will be in Heaven as planes take of over your head. Sadly, we didn’t have time to order food but our cask conditioned ales hit the spot before our flight back home. We will be back. It is a must if you are staying the night near the airport and have some time to visit.

It was a small bus ride for us staying at the Hyatt to this delightful village pub. An extensive menu of food. We had fish and chips and the fish pie, which was excellent. service excellent and we sat in a wonderful setting as it was a lovely summer evening. we sat outside and watched the world go by. Full range beers and wine. I would highly recommend.

Best, most authentic, friendliest pub in all of Heathrow. Great staff, great food, great beer. Saw it while driving past in the 423 bus and just had to get off and walk back. So glad we did.

This is an incredible place. First of all, the service is excellent. The proprietors are kind and knowledgeable and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Secondly, the food is amazing and the selection of beer is awesome. If I could give it more stars I would.

An absolute gem. Small cute authentic pub in the middle of a residential area. There were two bar sections. Both in which you’re allowed to have food and drinks. There is an outdoor seating area too. The staff were extremely friendly and had outstanding service. The lamb shank was the best food I’ve had all trip in London. There isn’t a lot of seating so make sure you’re comfortable sitting next to others. Doors are quite small so mind your head :)

Fabulous food, tasty and well presented. Cooked to perfection I'd say! Fabulous staff and a warm welcome. Would highly recommend this to anyone, wide variety choice to suit all tastes. On a trip from England and visited with my sister and brother in law. Great choice. Fish and Chips, Vegetable Stir Fry.
