   I had a great experience at The Globe Pub & Kitchen, Terminal 5 Heathrow. The service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. In such a busy airport environment, the staff, especially Neckly, really made me feel comfortable and well looked after. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the food and drinks were excellent. Highly recommend stopping here before your flight.

   Neckly have excellent attention to detail and a friendly, efficient service style made sure your chilled Mahou is perfectly served and your experience is smooth. A great guy in the bar like that really elevates the whole afternoon , enjoyed in freshness and your vibe stays relaxed. Sounds like a spot worth returning to for that impeccable hospitality!

From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming something that truly stands out in the fast paced airport environment. Neckly’s professionalism, friendly attitude, and thoughtful recommendations made the visit feel relaxed and enjoyable, and his attention to detail ensured everything was just right. The rest of the staff were equally impressive, creating a calm and comfortable atmosphere that made my time there a real pleasure. The food was served promptly, beautifully presented, and full of flavour, making it the perfect stop during a busy travel day. I highly recommend The Globe to anyone passing through Terminal 5 thanks again to Neckly and the entire team for such a memorable experience.

   I visited The Global and was very disappointed. I ordered a big plate of bangers and mash. However, It was in fact a small plate with little amount of mash and 3 small sausages, probably the same sausages from the breakfast full English. I left this place hungry and had to buy a sandwich. I recommend you go to Wetherspoon instead, after security. It’s a much better deals.

   This place is not suited for people who are traveling solo. It’s hard to find a table to start with then the mobile app doesn’t work so you have to leave your table to order food and then your table will be gone. It’s a poor way to run a place understand that you can’t leave your bag alone unattended either or it will be destroyed.

   what you’d expect from airport food. high prices and meh food. was told to park luggage carts across from the restaurant and when airport staff told us to move it, a staff member (i assume the manager) began shouting across the restaurant that no one would tell us that…. funny considering all the customers there also parked their carts there because that’s what the staff told everyone…. the staff member who was yelling, continued to harass us about who told us to park the carts there, made us point them out, describe them, and would not leave us alone. obviously we didn’t want to continue eating after being treated that way. wouldn’t recommend, eat at the other place!

   Four of us ate here before heading off to Spain. We were warmly welcomed by the staff and our food couldn’t have arrived any quicker. It’s always a concern when you know you still have to get through security but we were left with ample time. I had the Full English which was amazing and I particularly liked the smoky beans. Next time I’m at T5 I will eat here rather than head for the likes of Wetherspoon .

   Stopped here before check in. the place was welcoming and nice. Sat at bar to start with there was no soft drinks which was let down but the lady behind the bar was so lovely and did everything she could to accommodate me and my friends and made us laugh. Thank you Kayla for making it enjoyable experience.
