   I have been registered at this dentist for years with no problems, recently been having issues with inflamed gums around a wisdom tooth, booked appointment and payed the rates to see the denist, dental nurse prescribed antibiotics, the infection did not fully go went back and did not have to pay due to treatment still being under garauntee, more biotics and it was fine for a while until had the same problem again, went back payed, dental nurse said needs to be refered to hospital for extraction and prescribed different antibiotic than previous, did nothing, made things worse more than anything, called and explained and the lady said you have to pay again, ended the call and went down there asked to speak to a manager and she started to back the receptionist thats its policy blah blah, in the end manager said she will dismiss me from the practice, i said go ahead as i walked away. WARNING: STAY AWAY FROM THIS DENTIST, THEY ONLY CARE AND WANT YOUR MONEY AND THE DENTIST HAVE NOT GOT A CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING. AVOID IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH AND MONEY.

   Don't like to complain, but I'm afraid I tried many many times to 'phone this practice just to confirm that I will attend my appointment booked a couple of weeks earlier. I received about 4 text messages asking me to do this. I even sent them an e-mail conforming my attendance two days beforehand. Even completed the on-line form and confirmed there too. I then received a text the day before to say if I didn't respond my appointment will be cancelled! What am I to do?

   Previously all my treatment was excellent. However seen a new dentist I was not impressed. I asked her to remove a stain on a tooth but all she kept going on about was tarta build up. Also asked about dental varnish but had to remind her at the end of treatment and then it was not applied to all areas required. She was not a patch on my previous dentist. I will not see her again

   I haven’t been the dentist in over 25 years, I had a huge phobia. I put my big girl pants on and finally went. I honestly can’t thank the team enough. They made me feel so relaxed and put my mind at rest. I had a few teeth out today. I thought I would have cried like a baby but I didn’t. I honestly don’t know why I was so worried. Thank you all so much. Highly recommend. Helen

   I had a raging toothache and the staff were extremely accommodating and saw the dentist within an hour and a half. I was asked to come back in an hour when the full treatment could take place. The dentist was kind and understanding but also reassuring. Root canal surgery culminated in a tooth extraction because of the nature of the tooth and an infection. Everything was explained in detail. The dental nurse was superb. She was so good that it was virtually impossible to detect that she was assisting the dentist. The reception staff were excellent. They rang within the hour to see how I was and asked me to ring back in a couple of hours. That is quality service and attention to detail.

   Amazing staff and an amazing practice, I’ve been coming to this practice for 10+ years. Always fitted me in when I’ve needed an appointment and always worked around school time so my 9yr old daughter can been seen even booked an emergency appointment for her without an issue I’ve never knew a 9yr old to enjoy a dentist appointment! All the girls and dentist are friendly , professional to a high standard. And glad at reassuring you ! The practice is clean and bright at all times. Keep up the hard work girls.

   I can not recommend Laurel Villa practice highly enough- I’ve been a patient for many years and all my children and husband are registered there too. We’ve only ever received the highest quality care from all the staff and we’ve never had any issues at all nor any problem getting appointments.They truly go above and beyond to get you booked in and seen. We have a large young family and I feel lucky to have a practice who accommodate my children and the logistics of getting 4 children (one with special need’s) booked in for a checkup and being so supportive in what makes this a pleasant experience over one that could very easily be one traumatic for the children and stressful for parents. I would give 10 star review if I could! Thanks so much Laurel Villa Dental Team! Your hard work and patient service is very appreciated!

   I phoned and asked if they're taking new NHS patients and got given an appointment in 6 weeks as I'm in need of treatment. 5 days before my appointment I got a text cancelling my appointment saying that are not accepting new patients This is outrageous, I have booked time off work and been patiently waiting over a month for my appointment, only for it to be cancelled at the last minute. I now need to find another dentist and most likely wait again... I appreciate the professional business you run, not.
