“I’d like to commend this practice, in particular the gentleman that I was seen by today. My ‘regular’ dentist decided to remove me from their list without both my knowledge and consent and as such I was left somewhat stranded for care. As I was suffering with quite severe pain I rang the NHS contact line and was instantly referred over to the St Helens family practice. I was issued an appointment this very same afternoon and on the whole have been treated both effectively and efficiently. I’d like to thank the staff and in particular the dental practitioner who exuded a very empathetic attitude coupled with a wonderful sense of humour. I’m sincerely grateful for the treatment I have received today. I’d recommend whole heartedly. Thanks guys.”

“Absolute diamonds these vets. My dog had a choking incident and after attempting everything we had to take him to a vet and these vets jumped to our aid. We weren't registered but yet they dropped everything there and then to help us with our dog. Fortunately my dog managed to dislodge the chew and it was all okay. But these guys were ready as soon as we got there . Thank-you so much from all our family and of course our dog Odin. Best wishes this Christmas and for New year.”

“I really recommend windle house dental and its staff especially Imane and Lea as dental practitioners. I'm a 45 year old who is autistic and I have mental health issues and I find it very difficult to go to the dentist because of my disabilities and I have bad oral health. When I went for my first appointment with Imane and Lea, they considered my disabilities and mental health and they made me feel very calm and comfortable and they didn't judge me. They adapted their procedures to fit my needs and they have improved my oral health. I now continue to attend my dental appointments with Imane and Lea,  where as before I would have never left my front door to attend a dentist appointment.”

“I have been going for 30+ years here. And I have never had a problem apart from one dentist that did not clean teeth probably or said things that no other person had said in that place before and I also felt that he was trying to get more money out of people. for example making me pay £25 for extra teeth cleaning and when I came out I felt like my teeth had be poked and not really cleaned. I told the people at the reception all the dentist did and they said see another person next time and after that appointment you still don't want to see him they will write that on my notes. SO I DONT SEE THAT DENTIST ANY MORE ALL THE OTHER PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE OR HAVE WORKED THERE HAVE BEEN AMAZING They are private dentist and if you can afford to pay for your dental plan and for any extra treatment if you need any. I do suggest Kiln Lane dentist in St Helens.”

“I visited Alverna Dental House twice for cleaning and filling, and both times Dr. Reyana treated me. She’s honestly the best, super kind, explained everything clearly, and gave me great tips. “We have been with White Cross Vets for 8 years, 1 year at West Derby and 7 years at St Helens. We have always had exceptional service from both branches. We can’t thank White Cross Vets enough for the incredible care and compassion they gave to our beautiful boy, Salem. We found out in February he sadly had cancer and we recently lost him flying over the rainbow bridge. A special thank you to Radka. There are no words big enough to express our gratitude. From the very beginning she was gentle, kind, and so loving with Salem. It was clear she genuinely cared about him, and her empathy and warmth brought us comfort during the most heartbreaking time. She treated him like he mattered, like he was more than just a pet and that meant everything to us. Losing Salem has left a huge hole in our hearts, but we will always remember the love and dignity he was given at the end. “I’m absolutely terrified of dentists, I get so anxious going. However, after just two visits here I already feel much more at ease, and significantly calmer. The dentist is lovely and explains things to you very clearly, and his assistant is lovely too. The staff at the reception are very friendly and welcoming. The appointment wait time is good too, you never have to wait too long for an appointment. I would strongly recommend this dentist for anyone that struggles going to the dentist. You will honestly not struggle after you’ve been here a few times!”

“Rutland House has been our family's vets for all of our dogs for close to 20 years. They have been exceptional. They have given us practical advice on treatments that are kindest for our dogs and even recommend medications we could get ourselves cheaper than they could prescribe. Always felt listened to and looked after by the vets. They have provided excellent care for our current dog, Dolly, who needs complex treatment for a skin condition that would otherwise have left her in constant discomfort and illness. She's doing great now! And always happy to see the vets, which is nice. And when it sadly come time to put our last two dogs to sleep, Barney and Daisy, they made sure that they were as comfortable as possible, no pain or suffering and with Daisy they gave us invaluable time with her on her last day at home, as the medication they gave us made her as close to her old self as possible, one last time. I will always be grateful for that. Personally, I wouldn't recommend anywhere else. Thank you, Rutland House, for looking after us and our furry family members over the years.”

“My front 2 false teeth which is on a pallet broke ,,I contacted david the next day,,he said come in within the hour to assess them,,he said yes i can repair them leave it with us..when i asked when they will be ready,expecting him to say ,,in about a week ,he said no they will be ready on the afternoon same day,,must say what an excellent intricate job he has done on them,,made up with the service,,would well recommend,,o and the price was reasonable too,,thanks David,,highly recommend..”

“The care I have received from this practice has been exceptional. Ita is a fantastic dentist who is extremely professional,passionate and thourough, she has worked hard to go above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and to get my oral health back in check after having children and receiving poor care elsewhere. My appointments were booked swiftly and I was explained what to expect with every upcoming appointment. The staff are all equally lovely, it's a relaxed,welcoming environment and you are always met with a smile. After having a clean with Sarah my mouth feels amazing and I would highly advise everyone to get one! My gums are so happy!I was also shown by demonstration how to keep on top of it,making sure I had the right toothbrush and asked if I was doing it correctly!
