“Absolute diamonds these vets. My dog had a choking incident and after attempting everything we had to take him to a vet and these vets jumped to our aid. We weren't registered but yet they dropped everything there and then to help us with our dog. Fortunately my dog managed to dislodge the chew and it was all okay. But these guys were ready as soon as we got there . Thank-you so much from all our family and of course our dog Odin. Best wishes this Christmas and for New year.”

“We have been with White Cross Vets for 8 years, 1 year at West Derby and 7 years at St Helens. We have always had exceptional service from both branches. We can’t thank White Cross Vets enough for the incredible care and compassion they gave to our beautiful boy, Salem. We found out in February he sadly had cancer and we recently lost him flying over the rainbow bridge. A special thank you to Radka. There are no words big enough to express our gratitude. From the very beginning she was gentle, kind, and so loving with Salem. It was clear she genuinely cared about him, and her empathy and warmth brought us comfort during the most heartbreaking time. She treated him like he mattered, like he was more than just a pet and that meant everything to us. Losing Salem has left a huge hole in our hearts, but we will always remember the love and dignity he was given at the end. “Rutland House has been our family's vets for all of our dogs for close to 20 years. They have been exceptional. They have given us practical advice on treatments that are kindest for our dogs and even recommend medications we could get ourselves cheaper than they could prescribe. Always felt listened to and looked after by the vets. They have provided excellent care for our current dog, Dolly, who needs complex treatment for a skin condition that would otherwise have left her in constant discomfort and illness. She's doing great now! And always happy to see the vets, which is nice. And when it sadly come time to put our last two dogs to sleep, Barney and Daisy, they made sure that they were as comfortable as possible, no pain or suffering and with Daisy they gave us invaluable time with her on her last day at home, as the medication they gave us made her as close to her old self as possible, one last time. I will always be grateful for that. Personally, I wouldn't recommend anywhere else. Thank you, Rutland House, for looking after us and our furry family members over the years.”

“I am fortunate enough to have been added at the practice when I moved to St Helens from London. Both my Hygienist and Dentist are excellent and provide excellent dental care and advice. I felt the need to share a positive experience, as, unfortunately, some of the reviews here are far from that. It seems to be a natural behavior nowadays to leave a bad review, even when you are clearly in the wrong or just out of spite. If you can get a place at this Practice, I truly recommend you accept.”
