Everything always excellent. They really care about patients. They really do everything to make you feel comfortable. Highly recommended.
It's a trouble dental center, every time I should stay in waiting room for 15, 30 minutes or more. They don't care about the NHS patients just because of private ones. They don't have emergency appointments 3 days per week. When you waiting in waiting room, some dentists just walking in and talking
Being new to the area, I had tried several dentists with no luck. Tried Lowe House and we were put on their list, within a couple of weeks both my partner and I received appointments. Nice waiting area, efficient, friendly staff and lovely dentist Appolina. Recommended.
i have just been to speak to the receptionist to ask about why my husband has got an email to say he needs a follow up appointment when he is no longer a patient at the surgery and they very rude receptionist said sorry we have emailed as we should've done but he won't be able to come back as he's a "Terrible patient" she said he cancels last minute or doesn't turn up the reason he cancels last minute is because he works all over the North west and the odd time gets stuck in traffic or gets stuck on a job and he has missed ONE appointment. The lady with the red hair and glasses on reception needs to learn some people skills her attitude is disgusting I will now be looking for another dentist for myself and my 2 children as i do not expect to be spoken to the way i have just been. Rude rude lady.
Its changed alot since moving from town centre, its not really patient focused but its fine overall, the staff are nice and polite, I just wish there was stability and you get to see the same dentist instead you get used to one and then boom its another..
I have just returned from a visit to my dentist and wow what a fantastic young lady I have seen Ms Neha Sharma was amazing she explained everything step by step she took two x/rays (which a previous dentist had sent me to hospital to have ) and reassured me which made me totally relax I would honestly recommend this dentist, I have been a patient for 45 years and she was simply the best dentist I have ever had. Well done Neha great job and a credit to the practice
I attended for a routine check up and also a consultation for Invisalign with Dr Neha Sharma. She was extremely thorough and explained everything she was doing. She took X-rays and cleaned my teeth on this visit so I was really happy with the service provided. I am now going ahead with Invisalign treatment with her. She’s really great with a nervous patient like myself, and the reception staff are really friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend Lowe House Dental and Dr Neha. Thanks to the whole team.
Not nice . Gone abit costmatic so cant be bothered with normal people. I was 10 min late for my appointment having to travel from manchester to get here, loose three hours of pay to be told the dentist has refused to see me. .. oh and I cancelled three other times, but I had the courtesy to call them. not just not show up. I will be making a formal complaint with NHS. I've gone and found me another dentist who will be seeing myself and my son in september. A dental practise who dont turn you away because of been 5 or 10 min late. And I've been told they are excellent. I liked lowe house dentist until money for cosmetic surgery seems more important... good luck to them, I'll pay my hard earned money else where.
