Terrible dental practice. Rubbish with those with additional needs. Leaving my son in horrendous pain and not prescribing adequate pain relief in addition to the antibiotic. When I contracted them again, I had to make a further appointment which would have incurred a fee just for a prescription for pain medication. Left my Son waiting for 45 minutes after his appointment time so he ended up leaving without being seen. Not sending referrals for sedation when I know for a fact my son requested this due to his anxiety. They rarely answer the phone and when they do, you’re met with a patronising receptionist who doesn’t care or listen.

Been at this dentist for 25years. Always worth the journey from Liverpool. Rang up with a broken filling and they managed to fit me in. Many thanks.

spoke to a nurse on the phone this morning and she was so incredibly rude. i explained to her that i can’t afford my appointment and asked to cancel it and full of attitude she’s refused due to past cancellations and completely took me off the patient list. i’m 19 and work a minimum wage job its actually disgusting. would give less stars if possible

Great dentist all the staff very professional and knowledgeable in dealing with patients. The dentist takes the time to explain what treatment is needed & listen to any questions you may have about your upcoming treatments & advise you accordingly. Appointment only. Would recommend this practice if need a regular dentist. As they do accept NHS patients over 18s of entitled to free treatment as & when spaces available, children welcome & they offer a competitive private dental packages with affordable monthly payments to suit all budgets

After reading some of the reviews about this dentist to say I was dubious is understatement. I found Mr Osman to be professional, informative and most of all very caring towards his patients. Three ladies went before myself and everyone of them had nothing but positive things to say about their treatment. I highly recommend this Dentist/practice.

I've had to wait a year to re-register which cost me £30 todo so then they check my broken rotten tooth get appointments cancelled an when I finally get in waiting half a hour after my appointment time to be seen they checked my mouth and said its the root which I had a x Ray on it an now got to wait 6 months and the best of it is they never numb the area when doing my teeth so when I'm there with a drill in my mouth gripping the chair hoping that it ends quickly

This is no longer part of the 'my dentist' group be ware. My son had appointment Christmas week. Went into room, no nurse just a dentist. He looked in his mouth and said you need to see hygienist as have gum disease. Didn't examine at all just looked in mouth. Charged £23.50 and made appointment for 2nd Feb. Went to appointment, this time two in the room. Quick look in mouth said all looks fine so just clean and polish. Charged £45 for what should have been done first time for £23.50. That is what happened when it was part of 'my dentist' Avoid them.

Absolute disgusting joke of a place! Had an appointment for a routine check up and to hopefully get help with some issues I’ve been having only for the appointment to be cancelled days before I was scheduled to go in citing IT problems. No replacement appointment was offered and I had to call up on my own time to make one with the appointment being over a month later and with the problems I have obviously getting worse. About two weeks later I then called up to confirm my replacement appointment only to be told their IT system was down again and that someone would phone me to confirm things. No one called me and I had to call back again on my own time. Fast forward almost a month and my second appointment has been cancelled again with no replacement appointment offered. I wonder if none NHS patients have had their appointments repeatedly cancelled at the last moment for laughable reasons that can be worked around? I’ve also had other issues with this place. First being told a tooth could be saved only to be given an appointment for treatment MONTHS later then being told the only option was extraction which I didn’t want, and wouldn’t have happened if I’d been seen sooner. I heard someone recently bought this practice, hopefully they sort it out because if I could get in anywhere else I would and if I could rate this place any lower I would! Absolute joke of the most disgusting kind!
