   I had a serious appointment for Tuesday, they said because I had a long time not going for check ups if I missed this one I would taken off the list. After traveling 1 hour from Liverpool they are closed. 11am on a Tuesday and all calls say the line is busy

   I’ve been going here for years and everything was fine , staff were all lovely but I had a horrible experience I can’t really look past so I won’t be coming back. One of the dentists was scraping my gums to what felt like an unreasonable amount, I’ve had dentists check my gums before but this was excessive scraping and I felt blood going down my throat and he could see i was in pain. This was years ago and I wasn’t going to leave a bad review but two other people I know have had similar experiences now and it seems to be teenagers that it happens to and I find that uncomfortable to think about.

   My partner went there to get emergency treatment as his face was clearly swollen red and there was a obvious infection (picked up straight away by the widnes talking teeth and walk in) the day after, the dentist said she couldn't tell him if it was infected because she wasn't his dentist and gave him a filling on the top when the pain was on the bottom, which made the pain worse for him! Went to talking teeth widnes the next day they immediately picked up and treated the bone and gum infection Shocking duty of care by this dentist

   Been trying to see dentist here for over 3 years now. My granddaughter's haven't seen a dentist for that long as everytime I make an appointment it is cancelled, rescheduled then cancelled again. Appreciate that they were closed for some time due to covid but every appointment since they reopened has also been cancelled. Today's appointment has just been cancelled again this was rescheduled from last month. Seems they make monthly appointments cancel and reschedule. Beginning to think there is some sort of fiddle with money going on here with children's appointments. I have now raised a formal complaint contacted the GDC and CQC and lodged complaints as it appears that they do this to other people a lot as well after asking around. Would not recommend. If you are looking for a dentist then look elsewhere.

   Moved to this dental practice when my old dentists said they couldn't fit me in for an appointment for a permanent filling for 5 weeks. Managed to get an appointment with Talking Teeth within 2 days and they sorted out the issues I had with my teeth on my first visit.
