We have always loved The Swan in Walton, long before the recent refurbishment, so we were excited to see what had changed. Happily, the place looks absolutely fantastic. The new dΓ©cor feels fresh and welcoming without losing the charm that made us regulars in the first place. The staff were excellent from start to finish, friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. I am very much a βyou donβt get if you donβt askβ type. I asked about a bottle of wine they used to stock, even though it was not on the new menu. They did not have it, but what really impressed me was that they actually went to check the back in case there was any left. That small gesture said a lot about the service here. As always, the food was great. The Swan has never let us down on that front, and the whole experience reminded us why we loved it before and why we will keep coming back. I cannot fault them. Highly recommended.

The Swan ticked all the boxes today. Fab food, great staff perfect ambience. I had the mussels, amazing for the price and delicious. My wife had the cheese soufflΓ© - would highly recommend. Relatively busy and the food came promptly. I will be back with friends and family. Youngs doing their job right yet again.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Ethan and Maya. The food experience was average, we all had a Sunday Roast. Which wasnβt the best. The Yorkshire pudding was hard as rock and the potato's were like, it was from frozen then cooked, not fluffy or crispy but more chewy. So we were all disappointed with the Sunday Roast as Yorkshire Pudding is what makes a good Sunday Roast. But the staff are lovely which elevates the experience and atmosphere.

4 of us went at lunchtime and had a very nice meal, but one course with drinks came to Β£25 a head. Cheap its not. There is a lunchtime set menu 2 courses for Β£18 but we had to ask for the menu, only the a la cart one was offered. As it was we chose from the main menu. The fish and chips had lovely batter and the fish pie was tasty. I had the mussels but menu said they were in white wine and garlic, however they came with a cream sauce which wasn't mentioned on the menu and didn't fit in with my diet. That aside it's in a lovely spot overlooking the Thames and it's great watching the river traffic.

Lovely pub, atmosphere and setting, we were swrved by Emma, but all the staff were friendly. The roast pork Belly was delicious and the portion was a good size. Dessert we had tge ice cream and reasonably priced bottle of wine. Highly recommend a visit

Every time I've been here it's been fantastic. The food is incredible and in the summer, the outdoor seating area is one of the best I've come across!

Possibly one of the BEST pubs in Surrey. Lovely staff, great service, busy with a nice atmosphere but no queues at the bar. Speedy Table service. Great drinks and fair prices. Good Car park. Lovely garden with multiple terraces overlooking the river Thames, great table for a late August sunset with dinner and a pint. Gluten free beers available. Staff knowledgeable about the food menu. Manager lady was really a experienced professional checking with the kitchen for my wife's food allergy and a great attitude. I loved this pub when I was a 18 year old and still loving it returning after 15+ years abroad! 100% recommend this pub!! The ham hock was epic. Fish and Chips was epic. Cider was epic

Lovely pub! Food is absolutely amazing, well prepared, fresh and tasty. Best fish & chips I ever had!! Drinks are great. The pub has also got an outdoor garden overlooking the river Thames, with appealing decor and vibe. Comfortable outdoor furniture where you can relax. You can also order from the app, instead of going inside. Definitely recommend!

This pub comes into it's own on lovely sunny evenings like this. They've done the garden really well and with the river just by it really is a top location. Food is improved from my last visit and the app makes ordering easy. Young's beer is well kept and the staff are excellent.

Lovely pub with outdoor garden overlooking the river. When you sit on your table you can go and order on the bar or use their app. We ordered through the Young's on tap app and the food and drinks arrived within 10 minutes! Everything was fresh and very well prepared. The fish and chips were crispy and so delicious. There are plenty of vegetarian and vegan options although not being one myself I really enjoyed the jackfruit burger. It was so juicy and tasty. It's quite spicy but just right for my taste. The service was good but when they brought us the food they didn't bring us cutlery so we had to go and get them ourselves. The prices are a little too high but the river view is worth it.
