   This really is an insanely good pub. Honestly can't think of anywhere else for miles where you can go at any time any day to an ancient pub dating from 1610, it'll be busy and friendly, with a village green type thing opposite, and pay under a 5er for well kept real ale. It feels more like Hampshire in about 2002 than Staines in 2025. Hope it lives forever

   Nice pub with some good beer on tap. Staff are superb. Was here for drinks and nibbles with food. The outside space was great for us, on a hot summers day. Just a nice proper pub!

   Very nice place for dinner. Food was really good well. Staff are very friendly and professional. Great atmosphere too. It was nice and busy on a Friday evening. Definitely will go again.

   This pub has a warm and cosy feel. I've come in 3 times now for a beer and they have 2 real ales on pump. London Pride and Otter Ale as a guest, which is actually really nice and was £4.40 a pint. Staff are friendly and welcoming, and they have food available, though I haven't yet tried it. They have live music, quiz nights and more. It's just off the main road and has a nice outside covered area and a garden, with easy parking.

   This is a friendly pub with a great atmosphere. It has very many well tended pot plants which give it a homely feel. There is an enclosed garden, which is great if you have small children or dogs that otherwise might escape! Good range of beers and wine and good pub grub.

   Went for a little get together with a party of around 30 friends and family. Lovely pub, in pleasant surroundings, friendly staff, Bernie did us proud, the food was amazing, and so tasty, everyone remarked on it. I think most of them will be back, including me. A little gem. Thank you all so much.
