Very upset. I travelled by bus for 55min with my 2 kids i arrived 7min late because I depend on the bus. And the stuff didn't want to see my son. It was a very hot day and he had a terrible headache. I explain that I came by bus and it's not fault. I live in Ormskirk and I don't drive. Even after explaining everything. The receptionist didn't had empathy and start typing a message to the dentist upstairs. After 30 min of making us wait the reception said. I will have to re-arrange another appointment. The place was empty o could count the flies. Also, went to the toilet which is next to the dental room. And the room had NO patient. Only the dental DRA sat on her chair typing back and forward with the Receptionist. Had to travel back home Very upset. Spend money on buses and precious time that I could spend with my kids on a picnic. Absolutely, NO understanding and NO empathy.
This dentist really does provide flexibility and consideration in their booking system. Which is backed up with very clear notifications of forth coming appointments. Treatment is excellent again with good communication regarding any treatment required. My specific requirements are quite complicated but are still accommodated professionally. I highly recommend this dentist.
Had a 6 monthly checkup today 15th February 2024, the service and treatment from start to finish was excellent, the way Laura puts you at ease when you are in the chair, to the way she carries out the treatments. Even the X-rays which I don’t like, Laura was super quick and efficient. This is an excellent practice and has friendly and very nice staff.
Liz and her team have looked after our family's teeth for many years and we have always had a personal, friendly, first class service and Liz has gone above and beyond. Very sad that Liz is leaving and everything is changing at the practice.
I can't rate this practice highly enough. I've always attended this practice to see Liz and was apprehensive when I realised I was seeing a different dentist today, but I needn't have worried. The dentist was just lovely: professional, empathic and put me at ease from the moment I walked in. They are in the middle of refurbishment in the waiting area and it will be exciting to see what it will look like once it has been completed. Thank you so much again to the whole team.

we have used the dentist at Hall Green since we lived in Up Holland several years ago and when we moved, we stayed with Liz Hazlehurst. We visited for the first time today and met Susie, the new dentist who has taken over and it was a wonderful experience. Susie comes over as being very knowledgeable and is very forward looking. She seems to have take an already very good dental practice to the next level! Excellent, and highly recommended!
Recently registered with this practice . My consultations have been first class . Time taken to discuss options and also to provide advice has been very useful to me. All staff have been friendly and approachable. Treatment received has been comfortable .
