   I would strongly advise don’t waste your time at this place. We visited for a business meeting expecting to enjoy a meal and a few drinks, but were sorely disappointed. The service was extremely poor, with staff being rude and displaying a noticeable attitude throughout our visit. To add to this, the cleanliness of the establishment was below acceptable standards, which is very concerning for a restaurant. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Customer satisfaction is key, especially in the food and beverage industry, and unfortunately, Five Rivers seems to be lacking in this regard. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements.

   I met up with local friends here while visiting from California. I am very impressed with this desi pub. I tend to go to pubs for the beer variety and less so the food. I would say this pub is more of a good restaurant than primarily for beer. The food was excellent! Mixed grill, kebabs, chili fries … all the food we had was so tasty and well cooked. For the beer, they did have Beavertown Neck oil session IPA and an Italian beer on tap. The place was extremely clean and well run. The staff were very attentive. Also, seems to be a good place for families and kids. Again, would definitely recommend for food!

   Under new management....hands down the best Punjabi food in the area!! We tried pretty much everything on the menu and we're fully satisfied. The service was awesome, staff were attentive but not on your back. Drinks selection is vast and priced well. We ended up ordering the lamb chops 3 times as they were so good! Cooked to perfection pink in the middle as a chop should be....hats off to the chef! Family friendly pub with a kids menu, highly recommend going here. Will be back soon!

   Lack of management.. I was at the pub couple of days ago, took so long to get served and surprisingly it wasn’t busy at all. The owner went somewhere inside and didn’t come out for 15 or so minutes. This owner seems lazy, lack of communication and skills. I could see him pouring himself a beer and drinking it during work hours …but delays to serve the customers

   Requested a drink at 22:43 and no one bothered to serve us. At 22:56 we was told sorry we rang the second bell. Two old men behind the bar and one went for a cigarette. I said it's not 23:00 and he said it was 23:00. Poor customer serve and lack of personality. Don't bother going here. It's boring and full of old men. Staff are not bothered about customers and rather go for a smoke.

   I’m struggling to work out why the owner of this establishment has left this lazy personality less waste of space run this place Into the ground . This was a buzzing pub not long ago . Really sad to see. This will be a block of flats very soon . Terrible demise of the traditional English pub continues.
