   Order off deliveryroo the rider never turn up and just did a runner with my order try phone up no answer from them hope the driver enjoy his free payout trying to say he was outside my house which he wasn't i got cctv outside saying he sent me to a text to come out a collect my order is that what they get paid to do bring it to your door?..

   I have ordered from here a lot during lockdown. I thought I'd carry on to give a local business a chance. However that chance has been blown. I ordered online, with them saying they're open 24/7. Nothing happened, no answer on any phone line. Lost my trust & business & my money. I'm hoping for a refund.

   Paid for a delivery from these guys by mistake £78. I’m based in newcastle yet they accepted an order despite being based in Sheffield. Naturally they couldn’t deliver but still took the money. Called up in which they tried to pass blame on another company despite me having a receipt from them. Woman on the phone decided to hang up and block my number. This is now being investigated by my bank. Do not purchase from this very shady company.
