   Nice, big Spoons. My fish came with no lemon, as it normally being served in Spoons, but tables were clean and I had my dinner starting at the window and seeing town hall famous from "Ali G in da house" movie! West Side is the best!

   Staff lovely, food okay, drink prices are okay. My only criticism is they should make the smoking area in the patio area larger, plus the smoking area has more shade than the one umbrella in the non smoking area. Also I think they should ban anyone that wants to smoke a cigar. Would I come back? Yes I would!

   I have avoided this spoons for a while as have had heard people saying it was a bit rough. We came here in a Sunday afternoon and had a lovely meal. The staff were really friendly and there was plenty of seating. There was the normal great menu with loads of choice. The food was well cooked and came quickly.

   Absolutely disgusting service, very unprofessional interaction with staff. I did not expect such poor customer service. I frequently visit this chain restaurant/pub and never have I been treated in this manner. The manager whom I expected better from did not apologise, when I expressed my disappointment with the service and poor customer experience. Following this interaction. I consulted with my colleagues to identify whether it was something we did to deem such treatment. Everything was a problem the food was delivered late. The dessert was sent before the meal even thou we asked for it later. Items from original food order arrived 20 minutes later than it should which should have been included with the main meal. Then it was just dropped on the table with out an apology and ran off.

   The food and hot drinks were cold, tea is disgusting, latte couldn't get, the orange juice was okay. waitress was polite, the only good thing was when we left. The whole experience not to be repeated.
