   I always prefer to go to HS lawyers for any property regarding work.Harsimran and his team is Super reliable and very professional towards their work,never had any problem.I just want to add more we bought our third property and we got great support on each step of the process from Harsimran and his team and I specially want to mention one name( Kharetta Riley)worked for Hs Lawyers firm.Kharetta is really helpful and very supportive,always available and so is Harsimran.    This company, appointed by my sale estate agent, was so bad I had to change solicitors mid-way through a sale/purchase, and still didn't get a response from them when I informed them they'd lost my custom. Almost zero communication, to the point I still don't really know who my case solicitor actually was. I had repeat requests to fill in the same forms on terrible word documents or badly designed PDFs. No guidance or customer relations, no clear point of contact. Essentially a lazy, careless attitude. I'm so angry they wasted two months of mine, my buyer's, and the seller's I'm buying from, time. That's 8 weeks extra my sale/purchase has been extended and I had to appoint a new company as well - who then managed to get things moving in the space of 5 days. My estate agent described HS lawyers as 'truly appalling'. Edit update: I received a call yesterday from HS (almost 5 weeks after appointing a new firm) asking if HS could begin with searches on my purchase. This would make it 14 weeks since I appointed them to do the conveyance and they're only just asking to start searches, even after an email saying I'd changed company. How any company this incompetent stays in business is a complete mystery.
