   I’m new to the area and needed a local dentist for some private treatment. I sent an enquiry one evening and they called me back first thing the next morning when they opened, which was a great start. The practice itself is bright, spacious and very clean. My examination was brilliant, genuinely the most I’ve ever learned about my teeth in 40 years. I can really see the difference between private and NHS in terms of time, care and explanation. I felt completely comfortable throughout and there was absolutely no hard sell. I’ve already booked my next appointment and I’m really pleased to have found this practice.

   I'm a fairly new patient. Staff are lovely and make me feel at ease each time I attend. Explain everything fully and make sure I understand. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The practice is very clean and tidy, as are the staff. Strange, but I actually look forward to going, as I'm no longer frightend.

   I noticed a small hole in a tooth and rang my dentist, I was offered an appointment within 24 hours. Due to prior meeting I declined first offer but was then given one for the very next day. I attended my dentist and received the usual high standard of treatment. A small filling was replaced with no discomfort,I am always highly satisfied with my dentists commitment from reception to Dentist.

   I have been going for 30+ years here. And I have never had a problem apart from one dentist that did not clean teeth probably or said things that no other person had said in that place before and I also felt that he was trying to get more money out of people. for example making me pay £25 for extra teeth cleaning and when I came out I felt like my teeth had be poked and not really cleaned. I told the people at the reception all the dentist did and they said see another person next time and after that appointment you still don't want to see him they will write that on my notes. SO I DONT SEE THAT DENTIST ANY MORE ALL THE OTHER PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE OR HAVE WORKED THERE HAVE BEEN AMAZING They are private dentist and if you can afford to pay for your dental plan and for any extra treatment if you need any. I do suggest Kiln Lane dentist in St Helens.

   I visited Kiln Lane for the first time yesterday as a new patient. I attended for an appointment with the hygienist and I highly recommend. Joanne made me feel comfortable and explained the process during the appointment. I was a little bit nervous at first but I instantly felt at ease. All staff are very friendly and helpful and I am looking forward to my next visit in a few weeks

   Warm welcome on arrival and a nice environment. Parking wasn’t obvious so it’s parking around local streets. Dentist was 12 minutes late but the actual appointment was really very good. Professional, engaging and very clear on current dental status/next steps. I’ll be returning for sure. Thank you Jade and team.

   From contacting the surgery, to completing treatment, every member of staff at the practice is warmly and welcoming, and extremely professional. I have a phobia of dentists and because of the team at Kiln Lane, I am now able to manage this and feel that visits to the dentists need not be traumatic. Brian and Tyler, who carried out my treatment, are so genuine and empathic and incredible at their jobs. To get me to a point where I feel comfortable going to the dentist is a massive achievement and I will be forever grateful to them.
